After a recent purchase I received a N64 controller for the switch. It arrived with a faulty battery. It took over 6months to resolve. The customer service is shocking. I kept getting passed from pillar to post. I'd email and wouldn't get a reply would use the chat function on their site and they'd tell me to email. This is the second time in a short space of time I have had faulty equipment from them after having a pro controller for a short period of time where the battery also failed on it.
