When switching our website and domain over to GoDaddy, I missed a critical step and my site went down. Ugh. I dreaded having to call customer service for help. But when I did, I received the most amazing care I could ever have wanted. The gentleman who helped me was intelligent, patient, kind and competent. He quickly fixed the issue. gave me step by step instructions on how to fix any future problems. This is the kind of care GoDaddy built their reputation upon. I'm so glad we changed.

I wish I could leave zero stars because their customer service is absolutely horrible and all they do is lie to you! I spoke with CS representatives after waiting on hold for hours (2) and then once I got a rep on the phone it was a series of being placed on hold several times while they supposedly were talking to their manager/back office staff or supposed help desk and in then end I wasted over 4 hours of my life and they were unwilling to help absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever had the experience to deal with and the service is subpar compared to my old carrier (Verizon Wireless) which I had for over a decade (30y) and I would have never switched but my bill was out of control and they were offering new subscribers a better price and loyalty means nothing to them but in hindsight I wish I never left if I knew how shitty the service was and how awful the customer service is well buyer beware STAY AWAY FROM ATT!! They are the worst

We value your feedback and will share it with our team to help improve our service."It seems obvious to most that the steps Arrow Xl take to share feedback with their team is not having the desired effect! Just look at the numbers of complaints who all receive the same commitment and if we are to take it as read, then it ain't working! as they still continue to portray themselves as a pathetic example of a parcel and courier distribution service. As for Amazon they need to sort this out, they engage the services of ArrowXl so they get tarnished with a poor service reputation. Tough, on Amazon it may seem, but if they are not going to sort this out then I guess it's their own doing when they are labelled with negative comments.

Placed an order using a gift card. Gift card was accepted and even received confirmation of order and amount charged including gift card. When the order arrived and I checked, the whole balance of the order had been deducted from my account. When I contacted them i was told i could not be given a refund for the error unless I return my order. Not very convenient as items ordered are needed and the whole returns and refund can take upto 10days. We just wanted the correct amount to have been charged, not a whole refund and returns process. Why make it so complicated amazon!

I have had premier Triple A since 1997. Yesterday, I had dead battery. I called and completed on line text. Two times Triple A said someone was coming. No one ever showed. I called and sent another text. Triple A stated they had high volume and were attempting to find someone. Four hours later ZERO results from Triple A! I am afraid from home in another state. Needless to say their customer service and results were horrible. After 27 years, I am dropping. I thought they were dependable. I never ever received a follow up call!

I am absolutely appalled with Samsung. I purchased a refrigerator and within 8 weeks it completely shut down. I lost absolutely everything I had inside the freezer and fridge. It was Dec 27 and my entire family was visiting, from out of state, for the holiday. I was hosting and had enough food to feed an army and it was all ruined. I contacted Samsung asking for a replacement or refund immediately since I only had it for 8 weeks (it was not an inexpensive model to say the least). They refused and said they could do nothing until a tech came out to look at it for repair. I reminded them that the entire thing was shot from top to bottom and stated that I didn't want a band-aid on the problem; I wanted a new unit of refund, in which they responded that it was not an option. 1.5 weeks later a tech was able to come out and agreed that he was unable to fix it. He called Samsung, and they said that they would have a "specialist" come out. Said specialist would not be able to be here until Jan. 16. I have been without a refrigerator since Dec 27. It is now Jan 14 and I am still awaiting a refund. In addition, they won't reimburse me for the installation (OF A SAMSUNG PRODUCT) and/or the haul of my old fridge that I replaced with their brand. To make matters worse, they will not pick up the damaged unit. I am expected to haul it myself. Better yet, I can't get rid of the unit until I have been fully refunded or I will not be eligible for the refund. Based on their timeline, I may (doubtful) receive the refund around Jan 19. I have several children and have been offered absolutely no help from Samsung. Please, please do not buy a Samsung appliance. Not only are they poor quality, but the customer service has no interest in helping in a sufficient timeframe, no interest in families that are impacted by this and zero interest on fully reimbursing you in anyway. My research has proven that this is very common. Samsung does not hold true to their word in terms of a quality product and customer service. It's very disappointing. I plan to end any plan I have with Samsung and also encourage others to do the same. This is the model I purchased. PLEASE do not buy this. It looks great but it's not. Even if it was a glitch in the model, the customer service Samsung offers has been so disappointing. Again, my unit was 8 weeks old when it went, and I have been waiting since Dec 27 for a resolution ... It's Jan 14.
