Amazon when are you going to get to grips with Arrow XlLook at the numbers of negative comments on ArrowXL and each one receives the following;Reply from ArrowXL"We understand your frustration with the delivery experience. It's disappointing when a delivery doesn't go as expected, especially when you've been waiting for a package. We value your feedback and will share it with our team to help improve our service."It seems obvious to most that the steps Arrow Xl take to share feedback with their team is not having the desired effect! Just look at the numbers of complaints who all receive the same commitment and if we are to take it as read, then it ain't working! as they still continue to portray themselves as a pathetic example of a parcel and courier distribution service. As for Amazon they need to sort this out, they engage the services of ArrowXl so they get tarnished with a poor service reputation. Tough, on Amazon it may seem, but if they are not going to sort this out then I guess it's their own doing when they are labelled with negative comments.
