DO NOT RETURN VIA MAIL

I’ve been a Zara customer for ages. My most recent online order didn’t work out and I returned it. After not receiving a refund I spoke with 3 different customer service representatives on 3 separate occasions to find out why my package was marked as delivered to their return warehouse but the return was never initiated. After 3 weeks of communication, I was told that my refund was denied and that no explanation as to why was available because it’s “internal”. I then requested they ship the items back to me because at that point they had my money and the goods I paid for. They refused to do that as well and claimed I sent them an empty return package. How? Why? When the post office weighs the package upon receipt. Ultimately filed a complaint with BBB just to see over 700 similar complaints. They are stealing!

I have never experienced anything like…

I have never experienced anything like it. I had an order that was "delivered", however it wasn't delivered to my address. I have spent 2 days trying to speak to someone over Whatsapp, Live Chat and Instagram and it is the most appalling experience. You can't get hold of someone to help. Zara are a bunch of scam artists and have stolen my money and aren't willing to help. You should be ashamed.

Review of macys

Zero not allowed

Zero not allowed. Purchased furniture online after seeing a set in the store. Paid $250 for the White Glove Delivery which was a joke. Two guys showed up 30 minutes after the delivery window. Didn't wear footie, tracked across my lawn and right into the house. Asked for water because they didn't have any, then asked it they could keep the plastic cups. A couple hours after they left I stepped out to check the mail and found trash all over the driveway, yard and street. Found a clear plastic bag the side of one of the furniture pieces, found a banding strap, and about 10 pieces of cardboard and foam. Tried contacting customer service, online Chat is turned off, no one answers the phone. What a rip off.

The news feeds coming up are completely one sided. Their is nothing but negativity about Donald Trump appearing in the news feed articles. Their is no evidence of objectivity or real journalism but pure propoganda. Every time you access your emails, your bombarded with this nonsense.

Loss of My Passwords

The process took longer than I had expected but the end result was fantastic. I tried serveal ideas that were suggested which ended with negative results. Thinking there was no other recourse, I decided to reset my account. I had reset some of my passwords when I received an email from customer service suggesting one last idea to recover my passwords. They did their magic and I was able to log into my account where I found all my passords were back.Thanks for a job well done!
