DO NOT RETURN VIA MAIL

I’ve been a Zara customer for ages. My most recent online order didn’t work out and I returned it. After not receiving a refund I spoke with 3 different customer service representatives on 3 separate occasions to find out why my package was marked as delivered to their return warehouse but the return was never initiated. After 3 weeks of communication, I was told that my refund was denied and that no explanation as to why was available because it’s “internal”. I then requested they ship the items back to me because at that point they had my money and the goods I paid for. They refused to do that as well and claimed I sent them an empty return package. How? Why? When the post office weighs the package upon receipt. Ultimately filed a complaint with BBB just to see over 700 similar complaints. They are stealing!
