I ordered a used AT-LP120X turntable. It arrived quickly and carefully bubble-wrapped. Unfortunately, one small component was broken. I reached out to the shop, and the manager, Emily, was understanding and helpful, and arranged for a replacement while we were chatting. One of the most pleasant and frictionless customer service experiences I've had. Thank you, Emily!

Worst ”customer service” ever. If there’s any possibility that you might run into hard times, do not sign up with AT&T because they will not help you and they do not care. Forget about extending a payment just 3 days. They will shut off your phones faster than you can blink.

This was the best customer helpline service I have ever experienced. I was calling because I had a gap of several months in my bank transactions. My call was answered very quickly, by Khushaal, who was extremely helpful, patient and keen to solve the issue. He explained why it had happened and then helped me to solve it, which involved him leaving the session for me to go to my online banking app and then download csv files. He then called back after 30 minutes to help me to upload the transactions to my Quick Books account, and spent time checking that everything was there and working properly. Before this I had been concerned that Quick Books was not the accounting software for me, as it seemed too tricky to understand and use, but this amazing help from a real person on a call has completely changed my mind. Highly recommended and a huge thank you Kushaal

On 11/4/2024 my wife and I stopped at the Brandywine, MD Target to purchase some makeup. Before we went into the store I used my cell phone to check for a Veteran discount. The google search showed that Target was giving a 10% Veteran discount. My wife found several items which we took to a cashier. I showed my Maryland driver's license which had my Veteran status to the cashier, but he refused to give me the discount. I then asked to speak with the Manager, but this cashier said that they did not have a Store Manager. I even explained to several other Target employee's that my Maryland Driver's with Veteran status as a legal ID, but they did not care. They tried to tell me that you had to use a Target App to obtain the Veteran Discount and I told them that I don't use any App to make purchases. We finally purchased the makeup my wife wanted, but did not receive the Veteran Discount. It is obvious that Target does not support Veterans.

While sitting here having my morning coffee I realized I had not told Krogers about my recent decisions on grocery shopping. I have been a customer of Krogers for over 10 years and over that time things have declined drastically in the produce department. I must say before I get into the meat of the subject that it's not the employees in the department they have always been very helpful by going to the back to see if there is any fresher produce there. The problem is that the last year or two the produce just comes in old and new is mixed in with the old. A good example, I bought rutabagas one day and about a week later I cut into them and they were soft, anyone who knows root vegetables knows they keep for months and months and stay nice. I just can't imagine how old it must have been for that to happen and are long void of any nutrition. This was my defining moment, the straw that broke the camels back etc. I can no longer spend our hard earned money on inferior produce when I can go to Costco or better yet Walmart and find 100 fold fresher produce and for less money. Just yesterday I purchased a fresh bag of green beans at Walmart, a couple of weeks earlier I found just as fresh at Aldi's. I haven't seen as fresh in many years at Krogers. The real conundrum is that many of the same items I buy on a regular basis are the same price or much less at alternative grocery stores. The other contributing factor is It seems like every time I go to find a product once carried, it is no longer on the shelves, things that are not purchased often like say certain flavors of Knoor bullion (found these on Amazon), Hickory seasoning salt and anchovy past, they even took away my sugar free marmalade. It saddens me to say but I have decided to leave the Kroger family for fresher produce and better prices. I will miss the long time employees and want them to know that it was nothing to do with them but corporates need to meet the bottom line and save them money instead of taking care of it's long time customers. I have been with them since 2014. During the first 5 years, their support was awesome: quick, responsive, smart - I was used to get answers from them even in less than 24h. They really had the best support, with people with their brain switched on. Since 2020, things drastically changed for the worse, and it's going always worse and worse every month. As for today (2021) their support is completely inconsistent, inconclusive, useless, with no-brain attached anymore, but only copy+paste of preformatted templates. And, the worst, is drastically slow: the last ticket took them 26 days (!!) just to answer a f* template which had nothing to do with my request. It seems to me they don't care anymore of their customers, so I think maybe they're shutting down the business, or they're really close to. I strongly discourage everybody to start doing business with them. After telling them more than once I wasn't happy of their support change, at the end I finally decided to move to a different payment gateway, so my overall traffic with them dropped by 90% (I'm still keeping a small part of recurring payments). I was one of the "big" customers moving a high number of transactions, and one of their biggest fans. Now I tell everybody to avoid them. It's really a pity. But they really don't give a f.

Appalling service. Rubbish experience. Misleading property descriptionsFirstly, I tried to book a week's holiday, it showed as available, so I contacted owner of the property, who did not respond within the required 24 hrs. I then booked and paid for another place using the 'immediate confirmation' facility. When I checked the details re parking and access to swimming pool as they appear on the listing, I was told the pool is a public one, within half an hour, and parking was in the public car park.I cancelled and booked and paid for a third place, only to be contacted by the agent 3 days later , saying the booking had to be cancelled because the property was being sold. This website is a complete farce with unreliable hosts and inaccurate descriptions.

Horrible. I tried to cancel my future cruise credit that I had when Covid 19 came out and now they tell me I lost the credit because I did not use by a certain date? I was never told that. I had already booked for December 2022. Then they tell the $500.00 deposit I put in there was a $200.00 cancellation fee, I would only get $300.00. I called again after over one month and now they said I would only get a future credit for $300.00. I just want my money back. I will never cruise again with them.

Farfetch Delivers as PromisedI have been a member for over 5 years and I have always had my deliveries arrive either on time or early. And, I have very rarely had to make a return. Sometimes the European sizes can be a bit tricky so on the rare occasion I've had to return something, the process has been simple and convenient, with pick up at my door.
