Cant delete my account. Must sign in first but it try's to send text message to my old (lost) phone and there is literally no way around this so cant sign in. You also have to sign in to contact them so you end up in a catch 22 loop so I just marked them as spam for email and I will just ignore them from now on so that they can spend money servicing an account that will never be used.

I am still in a state of shock from the experience we had this past weekend with IHG Hotels. We had driven six hours from out-of-state and just minutes before we arrived at the Holiday Inn Express to check in, we were notified that our reservation was canceled to to "maintenance issues." It was labor day weekend in Las Vegas. I made these reservations on June 7th, THREE MONTHS IN ADVANCE. The front desk clerk was callous to our situation and very vague about the "maintenance issues" and I have a hunch that the hotel gave our rooms to last minute customers at a much higher rate. There was no availability anywhere within miles. We missed our dinner reservation at Mandalay Bay because we were driving around in a panic trying to find lodging. We ended up driving to St. George, Utah that night arriving at 2:30 a.m. and drove home the next morning, ending our trip early. A MUCH ANTICIPATED VACATION WAS RUINED, likely due to the greed of Holiday Inn Express and IHG Corporation. Buyer beware! This business lacks integrity.

Report I just filed with the FBI for Woot Inc.I checked my bank account today, 3/04/2021, and noticed a pending transaction in the amount of $538.75 for a company I've never done any business with prior or have ever even heard of. I Googled the company name to try and get a contact phone number and couldn't find one, but was able to see that the company is an affiliate of Amazon of which I do have an account. I called Amazon's customer service and they were unable to locate any transactions on my account that matched the transaction in question, and was advised by the rep to contact my bank to stop the payment because they were unable to help. He also told me that the company sells children's bikes on Amazon and sent me an email documenting our conversation. I also found a website for the company and found that it is impossible to contact anyone for support except via email, please see the link below. I accessed my bank account again to get Chase's contact information and noticed that there was a reverse payment in the same amount of $538.75 and my funds were released back to my account, all of this happening within a fifteen minute timeframe. I spoke to Chase and they cancelled my debit card and will be issuing a new card. I did a little more digging and it seems that I'm not the only one that has had this issue with this company, they've been cleaning out people's accounts for at least 6 years that I could tell. I don't know what this is about, but I would feel much better if someone looked into this to see what kind of data breach or fraud is taking place. Our son spent a week at West Florida hospital recently. This ordinarily would not have been my first pick of medical facilities in town. However, was I ever wrong! Our experience far exceeded our expectations. The nursing staff was absolutely amazing. They were very compassionate, caring and professional. Dr. Stokes is a rock starwho our family would follow anywhere. Overall this was a 5 star experience! Highly recommended.

Twice I have logged into Square to refund my customer. Twice, Square has taken the refund for my customer and applied it to the loan that I have with Square. Square's documents say that when a customer makes a payment they will take a portion of the funds and apply it to the loan; I don't have a problem with this, I agreed to it when I signed loan paperwork. Where I have a problem is I refunded my customer. My loan payment was already made but Square kept that refunded money and I NEED TO REFUND MY CUSTOMER. This is completely WRONG of Square to do. How am I to refund my customer if Square continues to keep the funds???I think it's time to move my business over to another payment service. I'll pay off my loan with Square because I legit owe them but I will find another card processor.

Absolutely Awful site, I've got a new phone and unfortunately I lost my password, I use 2 step verification, but no matter how I try it won't allow me access, very unprofessional, annoying and completely rediculous, I've tried every possible way to reset my password but it won't allow me to. Then I opened a new Account to reset my old one giving them legitimate email addresses and subjects and yet again no access. Customer service is a total waste of time. Totally Inept Company.😡

I’ve been a subscriber for a few months now, and I’m enjoying the selection of books in Scribd. The issues with which I am less-than-impressed are the unavailablity of many titles as ebooks (I’m not a fan of audiobooks) and the search feature seems to work inconsistently. I’d also like to see a Request feature for unavailable titles we’d like to see.

Microsoft is untrustworthy. Windows can be a viable platform, but it's going to require taking as much Microsoft out of it as possible. For instance, use Firefox or Google as a web browser. Install programs to a custom folder, not the default Program Files. Remove Microsoft from as much from the equation as you can. They are inept as a company, building their rotten garbage on top of the bare minimum of decency that it used to be to begin with. All you can do is to scrub their trash off, reveal the bare framework, and use third party to replace it.

Disgusted that you have changed the reward from 10% to 2% and you really expect customers to stay. I and my employees travel internationally and I at a guess I most likely book 1500 to 2000 nights per year this is counting for everyone and I have 7 employees + myself Big loss for you as now I will no longer be using Hotels.com or any associated company.
