On Christmas Eve my grandson came to me in tears. The door 24 had been opened on his Harry Potter Advent Calendar; it was empty! I immediately raised a complaint using the "Resolver" system which Lego completely ignored. As I had not had a response to the "Resolver" complaint I contacted Lego customer service to get the pieces that should have been behinddoor 24. After a few days I received a patronising reply about naughty elves tampering with the Lego Advent Calendar!! This company is a disgrace, they don't care about the children they upset only profits from selling plastic toys at exorbitant prices. Still not received the parts and it is now the 8th Jan 2025.

This scammer uses deceptive practices to get your card details. In my case they sold me a course for £1.99. They hid the fact that it was actually a free trial followed by a non-refundable subscription fee of £199.00 that I did not purchase.

I didn't buy a course for USD 249, but Domestika still took the money from my account. It's not okay to send emails with advertisements almost every day, and then send an email with information that now is the time to not choose a course! On the other hand, they should have told me that now is the time to re-register!! I am very dissatisfied with Domestika.

DON’T USE! I had an absolutely terrible experience.They provided me with details of a property on London Road, Kingston, which turned out to be completely fraudulent. There were no instructions on how to access the property, they continually referred to the property as an hotel it was in fact a private dwelling. When I tried to contact them for assistance, I received no meaningful support. Ultimately, I was left stranded and had to find alternative accommodation. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The property advertised is a hoax, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this company at all costs. It is unacceptable for a letting agent to operate in such a misleading and irresponsible manner. Property also advertises on Oyorooms.com and when contacted they were not interested and shut me down.

Would never book with them again.1) Completely unreasonable when asking for any minor change, EVEN if it makes zero sense.for example, we booked a booking with free cancellation, we got a price we were satisfied with.all we asked was to update the credit card and for the charge currency to be changed (easily done on Booking.com for example).Nope, must cancel + rebook with a price 200$+ more expensive.2) They have hidden fees that are NOT written in the website, for example we booked an hotel, and upon arrival were asked to pay 70$ for environmental tax, when we asked Customer Support (a complete joke btw) we were told that "it appeared in the Hotel's website". What? is that your answer? we booked through Agoda, not the hotel, why would we go out of our way to look if there are any hidden taxes stated on the hotel's website if we booked through you?To sum it up, Customer support is a joke, website is a joke, would never book with them even if its 500$ cheaper than alternatives, just not worth it if anything goes wrong, unlike Booking.com for example where it's slightly more expensive but supportwebsite is amazing.

There are companies that deserve negative ratings. Samsung is one of those. They pass you around and around. They advertise one price and charge you significantly more then give you the run around all departments when you call to ask about it (Yeah it wasn't just you!). They say they are giving you to a supervisor only to find you are back in the original queue. The employees seem to operate on the idea that the customer does not know best. They put you on hold for long periods of time while they record the problem. Their telephone system doesn't recognize you pushing the number 1. Their phone system doesn't recognize your voice even when yelling. You must call at least 27 times before you even begin to get your issue resolved. They don't understand your voice and you don't understand their accent. They think it is ok to tell your problem over and over again to each employee you talk to even if you have already talked to 26 people before.

This company offers online payment options for businesses. At present they are sitting on £3000 of my money and not transferring it to my account.This company cannot be contacted by email or phone, if you manage to complain via their very difficult to use website they sometimes reply via a noreply web address. I have been trying unsuccessfully to contact them daily for two weeks now. We have had to remove the credit card purchasing payment option from our online sales operation.

They put my crypto withdrawal on hold for more than 24 hours without any normal explanation. They claim that withdrawal of crypto can take up to 2-3 hours maximum. In reality if they decide to block your transfer, they just start ghosting you. I have typed to customer support chat and sent them email. No response. I have contacted them 2 times before for other inquiries and they used to respond within few hours. The moment it comes to my money they choose not to respond to me at all. Another problem is that the money they froze is in BTC, and I have no opportunity to sell it if the price will start falling
