There are companies that deserve negative ratings. Samsung is one of those. They pass you around and around. They advertise one price and charge you significantly more then give you the run around all departments when you call to ask about it (Yeah it wasn't just you!). They say they are giving you to a supervisor only to find you are back in the original queue. The employees seem to operate on the idea that the customer does not know best. They put you on hold for long periods of time while they record the problem. Their telephone system doesn't recognize you pushing the number 1. Their phone system doesn't recognize your voice even when yelling. You must call at least 27 times before you even begin to get your issue resolved. They don't understand your voice and you don't understand their accent. They think it is ok to tell your problem over and over again to each employee you talk to even if you have already talked to 26 people before.
