What? is that your answer? we booked through Agoda, not the hotel, why would we go out of our way to look if there are any hidden taxes stated on the hotel's website if we booked through you?To sum it up, Customer support is a joke, website is a joke, would never book with them even if its 500$ cheaper than alternatives, just not worth it if anything goes wrong, unlike Booking.com for example where it's slightly more expensive but supportwebsite is amazing.
