Review of google

AVOID!

Google FI wireless is inflexible in the application of their policies to the detriment of their customers, and the shopping experience. Their plans are not ultimately cheaper or better than the competition. Their device policies are designed that if you have problems you are locked into the device model and payments for said device.Specific issue: Brand new Samsung s23 ultra (Premium phone, premium price) was defective in 30 days. I asked for a return and that I was interested in purchasing a different new device. Google compelted the return and stated they would replace but would not be flexible on changing the device model.Customer service completed the RMA authorization but did not cover this despite me clear and early request to change models.Customer service by email was not empathetic and repeatedly returned the same form answer that they could not help me. The same for when I called support and requested a call back that I never received.While Google Fi believes they fulfilled the TOS around the device they are incapable of any actions out side of those terms no matter what. They are not empowered to take actions to be helpful.Additional details I cannot cancel my account until I have kept the new phone for 90 days so that I am not charged a promotional fee (discount I got off the phone lease) even though the phone was defective. My ONLY option is to accept the replacement which will not even be a new phone. To replace the defective phone I will receive a refurbished unit. I will still be responsible for the remaining value of the lease on the phone once I am able to cancel my service.Yes, google replaced a defective phone in short order, and I am no less well off then when I had gotten the phone new. However they still somehow managed to make the experience awful.

Horrible online ordering system AND…

Horrible online ordering system AND customer service. I ordered a Fenix 6 X Pro through their website after learning about a promotion they have through my insurance carrier. I placed my order. The next day they cancelled my order. I called to find out what happened and was told they were now sold out. I asked if I could go ahead with ordering and just wait. I was told no. I asked about what if the promotion was no longer available when they came back in stock. They told me there was nothing they could do. I wait over a month and a week. I order within 24 hours of it going back in stock. The promotion was now dropped from 35% to 20%. Oh well guess I’m eating it. I get an email that my card got declined. I call to find out what’s going on. I’m told the order has gone through, nothing to worry about. I wait a week (while having 2 day shipping) and no watch. I call back just now to find out the order did in fact go through but they forgot to send the watch. They tried to make it right by giving me the same shipping I already had while immediately afterward being told they weren’t sure if it would ship because the watch is now back ordered again. Let’s not forget that last time it went back ordered they told me that I couldn’t order it and wait. And the rep finished it off by replying to my frustration after explaining my whole process with, “sorry there is nothing I can do.”I want this product because I think it is a good product. But I will not be supporting a company that doesn’t care about how it treats its customers. Garmin you really need to up the way you act to the level of your products. You shouldn’t be supported by consumers. I hope a competitor comes out with a product like the fenix 6. I’d rather wait than be treated this way by people I’m trying to give money to.

I thought I loved this app until I…

I thought I loved this app until I realized, I have learned a lot and nothing at all. I can ace the games but when I comes to putting it all together, I can't do it. Like someone else said, why do I have to pay to keep learning? I'm already paying for the app and now to keep learning, I have to spend more money?? Absolutely not, I'm switching to Babbel.

Review of duolingo

No customer service, and they are reduced utility to sell you their AI "upgrade".

I've found DuoLingo OK for learning French. Possibly not the best, but not terrible.But the company provides no customer service. Bug reports go unanswered, and the bugs go unfixed.Part of the app asks you to speak, and it performs speech recognition to validate if you have spoken correctly.For months now, since an update in 2023, the app has been giving me a "correct" on about 25-40% of these exercises before I am even halfway through speaking.It's a clear and obvious bug that renders the application almost useless. I have reported it several times and had no response.In the past, they used to tell you what was wrong with your answer if you made a mistake. Now they do not, because they want you to pay extra for "AI" to do that.In fact, on iPad, they placed the upgrade to AI button in a place where you hit it accidentally very often, which is very distracting.I have cancelled my subscription.

PURE.CRAP. This app has many bugs and error and takes me dozens of hours to repair and cause me to delay from classes. STUDENTS AND TEACHERS DONT USE THIS as zoom already has security breaches and due to bugs its impossible to have a stable ratio of meetings

Review of zara

1 month waiting for 455€ refund. AWFUL CS

1 month ago I returned 455€ worth of goods. Since then I recieved NO emails confirming my return, even though I ended up calling, 6 times. Each time being met with rude customer service making me feel like an annoyance. I’ve been passed through Twitter, chat bots and hung up on! They’ve been SO rude and refuse to send any emails confirming whet they say by chat or phone. All I have is a screen shot of the recent chat where I’m told to be patient. . Their staff are HORRIBLE & I still haven’t received my 455€ back even though in my Zara account it says the items have been confirmed. They refuse to send any emails. Just keep making me have to call or chat & I’ve been running in circles for WEEKS. I will never shop with them again nor recommend them & I anticipate if this continues, judging by ALL the other complaints, they’ll go bankrupt as well. AWFUL. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Review of logitech

DONT DO IT.

I placed an order on July 11th for the mx keys, and mx masters 3. I received the mouse already-- to my surprise the keyboard was not included in the package. The keyboard was in stock when I ordered it, and I knew there could be a delay because they alert on the top of the page. My problem is, 18 days later, and three emails inquiring on its status, I have not heard a peep from Logitech. I called yesterday and was on hold for 35 minutes, and was told that I could not speak with someone today then hung up on. I only ordered from Logitech because I thought it would be quicker than waiting for the release from Best Buy (which next week) and also because I like buying direct from the merchant. I wish I would have read these reviews first because none of that even matters, I was better off waiting. Im even more frustrated today because I got an email stating they were happy I made a purchase, offering me 20% off my next purchase. It is exhausting knowing that they take your money the moment you place the order, but then disappear for nearly three weeks without a word. I dont even know how I would cancel this order because at this point, it'll be quicker for me to purchase at best buy. I start school (unfortunately online because of covid) in one month, and I fear that I wont have this keyboard by then. I am considering putting a claim/dispute in though pay pal. Logitech-- on the off chance you are reading these reviews, it doesn't take much effort or investment into creating a business that caters to its customers after a transaction has been made. Why would you knowingly tarnish your name. I know about 30 professional students looking for a set up for school at home, and im warning each of them not to order through Logitech website.

Review of Google

Bad for many reason

Search is getting worse. Maps are getting hidden. YouTube is completely full of adds. YouTube search is complete nonsense. Google ads is quite limited. And customer support is non existent. Not happy.
