Horrible online ordering system AND…

Horrible online ordering system AND customer service. I ordered a Fenix 6 X Pro through their website after learning about a promotion they have through my insurance carrier. I placed my order. The next day they cancelled my order. I called to find out what happened and was told they were now sold out. I asked if I could go ahead with ordering and just wait. I was told no. I asked about what if the promotion was no longer available when they came back in stock. They told me there was nothing they could do. I wait over a month and a week. I order within 24 hours of it going back in stock. The promotion was now dropped from 35% to 20%. Oh well guess I’m eating it. I get an email that my card got declined. I call to find out what’s going on. I’m told the order has gone through, nothing to worry about. I wait a week (while having 2 day shipping) and no watch. I call back just now to find out the order did in fact go through but they forgot to send the watch. They tried to make it right by giving me the same shipping I already had while immediately afterward being told they weren’t sure if it would ship because the watch is now back ordered again. Let’s not forget that last time it went back ordered they told me that I couldn’t order it and wait. And the rep finished it off by replying to my frustration after explaining my whole process with, “sorry there is nothing I can do.”I want this product because I think it is a good product. But I will not be supporting a company that doesn’t care about how it treats its customers. Garmin you really need to up the way you act to the level of your products. You shouldn’t be supported by consumers. I hope a competitor comes out with a product like the fenix 6. I’d rather wait than be treated this way by people I’m trying to give money to.
