Complete lack of oversight.

I used to think google was a reliable source of information. I didn't know they sold top ad slots to anybody with enough $, without properly vetting them. They have allowed financial terrorists to weaponize their platform and use it against us. Google knows this goes on and does nothing about it. Why would they, its a major source of revenue. To me this is no different than taking bribes to look the other way. The phone number I got when I googled Amazon customer service was in fact a scammer. Cost me $4,000. Google, I think you are every bit as culpable as the scammer. Don't trust ANY phone number you get from searching google!

I have had my new Asus lap top for less…

I have had my new Asus lap top for less than 3 months. It has a fault, the on button does not turn the lap top on. An Asus employee told me this is a known fault and you have to" press the on button for 1 minute"! I have been doing this for weeks. Now it only turns on occasionally. I would never recommend an Asus product after my experience.

Where are the customer service reps?

Horrible customer service. I ordered a mirror than was delivered shattered. For the past 3 weeks, I’ve tried emailing (multiple times), calling every other day (on hold for 45 mins before I hang up), messaged on social media, spoke to their chat bot on their website, who only tells me there are no reps available. I’ve been trying to get this issues resolved for weeks and have YET to speak to a single representative. It’s so infuriating feeling so ignored after paying higher prices for their products.

Seems that delivery drivers are under a lot of pressure from Amazon!

My product from Amazon was due for delivery yesterday before 8pm. I live in a large gated community in regional NSW. Normally deliveries are left at reception/front office, but after about 3pm the office is closed. Anyway, delivery driver phoned me about 6pm & said he's at the gate. I said I'll walk up & get my parcel. He saw how small I was & how big the parcel was, & he said no, I'll carry it down to your place. While we were walking, I said why so late. He said he just had to delivery my parcel today no matter what! I said it makes it difficult in large gated communities & I wouldnt have minded if I got delivery the next day in normal working hours. He said he has been working for 12 hrs today & still not finished, & was just so glad he had my phone No. A very caring & conscientious delivery driver! Hope Amazon appreciates him. Kay

Nice designs - poor quality!!

I've been trying to find some pretty cotton knickers online and was glad to find some lovely designs on the Victoria Secret website. I'm pleased with the designs but was hugely disappointed with the quality of the fabric. If they're charging £9 for knickers they should be of good quality. These are made in India or Vietnam with cheap fabric, stamped with Victoria's name and we have literally been caught with our pants down (pun absolutely intended)

I would leave a "0" rating if I could. FB is useless. There is no way to resolve any issues you may have. Forget "appealing" anything. I tried to reactivate my account but got a message that I had done something against "community standards". Now that's funny! What standards?! My account was deactivated almost 6 months ago. When was this infraction supposed to have taken place? No way to find out. And I WILL NOT take a selfie to prove who I am. I should count this as a blessing. I'll probably be much better off without all the garbage of FB.

The technology works great, but the team is not honest about pricing. The 20 SMS included in the Pro plan are not monthly, not once a year, but lifetime. That means you pay again every year, but you don't get any new SMS.

My someone logged onto my account and changed my name to something considered offensive so I would get banned. I contacted Ubisoft before I could get banned and explained what happened, they were very rude and unhelpful not letting me change my name to something I wanted or telling me when I am able to change my name again, instead im stuck with some stupid "player3424652435c" name till who knows when

probably more trouble than its worth

I don't pay for the service so I guess its not surprising that the quality is poor.Recently I have a problem: when I open an email the text is so tiny I can hardly see it, so I have to forward to my gmail account to read it.I spend about 90 mins in chat and phone dialogue with Microsoft Support. They did not know how to resolve this. We left it that they would research and contact me with a remedy. No news yet. Another problem : when a website offers me a link to an email them, outlook seems to try and open it but never actually makes it, just keeps showing me an envelope opening, over and over again. Because the website thinks I can use the link they don't display their email address on the screen, so I can't contact them. On the whole, its perhaps more trouble than its worth
