I placed an order on July 11th for the mx keys, and mx masters 3. I received the mouse already-- to my surprise the keyboard was not included in the package. The keyboard was in stock when I ordered it, and I knew there could be a delay because they alert on the top of the page. My problem is, 18 days later, and three emails inquiring on its status, I have not heard a peep from Logitech. I called yesterday and was on hold for 35 minutes, and was told that I could not speak with someone today then hung up on. I only ordered from Logitech because I thought it would be quicker than waiting for the release from Best Buy (which next week) and also because I like buying direct from the merchant. I wish I would have read these reviews first because none of that even matters, I was better off waiting. Im even more frustrated today because I got an email stating they were happy I made a purchase, offering me 20% off my next purchase. It is exhausting knowing that they take your money the moment you place the order, but then disappear for nearly three weeks without a word. I dont even know how I would cancel this order because at this point, it'll be quicker for me to purchase at best buy. I start school (unfortunately online because of covid) in one month, and I fear that I wont have this keyboard by then. I am considering putting a claim/dispute in though pay pal. Logitech-- on the off chance you are reading these reviews, it doesn't take much effort or investment into creating a business that caters to its customers after a transaction has been made. Why would you knowingly tarnish your name. I know about 30 professional students looking for a set up for school at home, and im warning each of them not to order through Logitech website.
