I´ve been using GetResponse for many years now, after trying several other Email Marketing Programs. I choose it for the following reasons, where the first one is the most important:1) Landing in the normal Inbox of my clients, so reliable high delivery percentages.(Not in the SPAM/Promotions Folder)2) I have created my website and a lot of landingpages with GetRespsone as well. So, one subscription ,no integration needed, all in one tool.

Review of mcafee

MCAFEE ARE A LOAD OF THIEVING LYING SCUM

McAfee are a load of thieving scum. Back in 2020 I Bought a subscription for £19.99 for a year, Well 2 years down the line the laptop has gone but they’re still charging me £59.99 for 2021 and £64.99 for 2022. I’ve only just found this out, so I called customer support and asked for a refund. The First Lady told me full stop I wasn’t entitled to a refund due to being out of the 30 day money back guarantee. How can I ask for a refund if I don’t know I’m paying for something. She was very annoying and would just not listen to what I was saying. Every time Id talk the line went blank. And then she would ask the same thing that I just told her. Clearly not listening and not interested in helping. I asked to speak to a manager and lo and behold there wasn’t one available till tomorrow, i hung up and called back and got though to another refund agent, and he told me your out of the 60 day auto renewal period. So I hung up and called back and got through to a manager, amazing isn’t it. He was a nice man and I felt like he was genuinely trying to help, he said we will issue you a refund and gave me an order number. But thats where the good service stopped, he put me through to another refund agent and he was as bad as the first woman. The refund agent then told me I wasn’t entitled to a refund and he couldn’t issue it. He also wasn’t listening to me. he yet again was asking the same questions that I had already answered, like he wasn’t even listening after asking. I hung up again and called back for the third time, I got back through to another manager and he said yes we will issue a refund and it will be in your account within 24 hours, he told me to call back if I haven’t received it by tomorrow. Now my head is starting to spin but we’re getting there or so I thought. Day 2, called back again and was told I wasn’t entitled to a full refund and that’s why it’s taking so long. But you should have it by 24-48 hours.2 days goes by and no money. I called back once again and now they’re telling me that I haven’t filled out the form online to receive the refund. nobody has mentioned anything about that to me, it just feels a bit pathetic that after speaking to a number of different people they are all saying different things, it’s like there on a bonus if they can pon you off, it definitely feels like it’s a goal of there’s to wind you up, and speak over you and don’t listen when your speaking. I’m sure I’m not the only one that’s had this experience. maybe that’s a thing that they have going on as it couldn’t be company policy surely. like all these big companies they’re very quick to take the money and not so quick to give it back. I know a lot of companies do this, but these are genuinely trying to make it that complicated hoping you’ll just get peed off and will forget about it. Well they haven’t met someone as stubbing as me yet. AARRRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHHHnow is this the company that if you have a problem with you want to be calling I’ve spent about 3 hours on the phone spoke to 6-7 different people that all say different things, lost count how many times I’ve called and I’m no further forward. At least 3 people have told me my refund should be in my account within 24-48 hours, at least 4 people have given me 4 different reasons why I shouldn’t get a refund and not entitled to one. 2 people has told me I’m only entitled to part refund, And have had 3-4 different reason why it’s not been received up till now with the final one saying it will take 3 weeks. Now make sense of that. Exactly. After all that they are now telling me it will be 3 weeks for the refund to be received. They really are a load of cowboys. I can’t believe I allowed these people access to my private information on my laptop. They can’t even agree amongst their selves how a refund should work and that’s from the dedicated refund department. Now if most people had called twice and was told they wasn’t entitled to a refund how many would have called back a third time. And this is what they want. They rely on this, that’s why persistence pays off with companies like this. It can only be one of two things 1- they are unbelievably incompetent 2- this is by design to make it as hard as possible for people to get a refund I know whichThe title says it all Mcafee is a load of THIEVING LYING SCUMI will update once I have received a refund but I’m not gonna hold my breath

(updated) Not the first internet thieving scammer I have dealt with

(update) very easy to contact an only to happy to refund my money. Shouldn't have came to this so I have upgraded from 1 star to 3 because customer support was really easy to deal with and understanding. Price hike from $109.95 to $279 without anymore than a few hours notice before stealing this money from my bank account. Also had another service that went from $59 to $89 at the same time. Looks like my family suffers from another greedy selfish theif of a company. Fraud at its finest.

Avoid Big Motoring World - Complaint Regarding Misleading Sales

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the purchase I made at your dealership (Big Motoring World Bluebell Hill). Despite signing several documents during the sale process, I feel that I was not adequately informed about certain aspects of the purchase nor was I given any documents stating Smart Protect or how to register, and the service provided has been far from satisfactory. Here are the issues I encountered: • Smart Protect and Auto Protect: I am only finding out from Creation finance company that I have Motor loan agreement in place which includes Smart protect, I’ve not had any documents to tell me I have this or how I can claim. I realised that I was not made fully aware of the registration process for Smart Protect/ Auto Protect Insurance. I was left with no information or guidance on how to register or activate this service, and the sales advisor did not clarify what I was actually getting with the protection plan, I have no documents to suggest I’ve got this protection. I called Big Motoring World 30th Jan 2025 to query about this Smart Protect agreement I just found out about, I was then passed onto Auto protect department who confirmed there is no Smart insurance protection on this account? To make matters worse, I have email proof which shows that there was no record or acknowledgment of my registration for the Auto Protect. This lack of transparency and communication is extremely concerning, and I feel that I was not properly informed about what I was signing up for. Once again this lack of clarity is very concerning and backs my evidence that you mis-sold and mislead me. What is also very concerning is we have been making contact with Big Motoring World for last 2 weeks, and spoken to several advisors from Charlie, Richard, Lilly, Jordan, Jessica and Jack and not one of them have been proactive with resolving this or directing me through to senior management who can help. I called Auto Protect and they informed me within minutes I have no protection or even had a policy, which was confirmed via email (as mentioned please see below). Therefore I am struggling to understand why Big Motoring World, is still pending a reply from Auto Protect, in addition to understanding the stall tactic driven by yourselves. This situation has been prolonged for an unacceptable amount of time, without any resolution, which is very concerning, thereby leading me to believe that there is no genuine interest to resolve this issue.  This situation is extremely frustrating, I have been provided a very poor service, I have essentially been mis-led and mis-sold a service, no one is taking ownership and accountability for this situation. And as advised to all colleagues I want a refund for a service you failed to provide. For your transparency, I have involved the Ombudsman as I would like prompt resolution.  I look forward to your response and a swift resolution to this matter.

Scam tactics that you would not expect

What a dreadful way to run a company, totally abusing those that are loyal subscribers. The have offered deals to new customers of between £59 and around £90 per year.. as an established subscriber they have just told me they wish to charge me £329 for the same thing! Even worse than this .. they force you to contact a subscription phone line (that they don't answer!!) Disgusting disrespectful to treat customers - they don't deserve any .. I do not give permission to renew

Scammers

So, i was looking for an image in this website, and i signed for an account, i got an email with a free code usage - i put the image i liked in the chart and the code along - then since i had 10 credits for free - i started downloading, i realised minutes later with a purchase confirmation email that i was charged an annual subscription (not intended to as i used the free download images code as trial) - i contacted them, and in a very misleading email conversation i ended up paying 20 of cancellation fee + the annual subscription. i explained 1000 times about my free code and they cannot give me a refund. what kind of scam company is this?? i tried to send more emails and contacted then by chat - every time i wrote in the chat the subject of the conversation "refund" - chat was surprisingly unavailable... when I write another subject magically i have a person in the chat window. scammers!!! give me my money back .

Shuttershock is a scam

Shuttershock is a scam! Do Not give them your information. I signed up for a free trail and it won't let me cancel. It did allow me to contact a person on chat trying to get me to keep the service and saying that the trail is not even available in the USA. She wanted to charge me money to cancel. Then I called the customer support line and it connected me with an automated Medical sales center!

Extremely disappointed with HP Instant Ink.I’ve been a loyal customer for over 5 years, printing just 1–2 pages a month. One month, due to exam revision printing, I was charged £74 — with only one vague alert after 10 extra pages and no further warnings.I asked for a partial refund and reasonable compensation. HP offered 2 free months worth £12, which doesn’t come close to addressing the scale of the charge.Their “worry-free printing” promise is misleading at best, and the customer service was scripted and unhelpful. I’ve cancelled my plan — and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
