Review of lenovo

Unreliable :(

when I first got my laptop it worked fine, with just a few issues. I haven't even had it for a year now and like 2 weeks ago it stopped charging, and I had only school. I checked the charger, the same charger worked on my mom's laptop but not on mine. my computer was empty and I couldn't use it, luckily I could use my mom's laptop. At some point, I tried it again and it suddenly worked.and what has been happening to me quite often is the computer microphone stops working, during my online school, these are meant to be business computers, they should work in a zoom call. and it is so annoying needing to do online school with 2 computers because mine doesn't work. this is the most unreliable device I have had. I was in a hurry because of an online class and I needed to open a specific site that I had already signed in and I pressed save password. however, my computer decides to sign me out of that page. and just like that, you are late for class. this thing is so unreliable you could laugh at this being a business laptop. and I haven't even had it for a year. I tried to download and play Minecraft java edition on it. I never saw anything because I had to play on render distance 8 because otherwise, it would crash.and at some point I couldn't even open the Launcher.

Review of lastpass

No support for paying customers !?!

I have been a paying and happy customer until today. For the first time a problem occurred, and I am no longer able to log into my account. After having trawled their website for answers and ways to contact support, I am realizing there is none...! I have paid and trusted a company with NO way of contacting support when needed. Website, forums, chatbot - all lead into the same dead end asking me to login - which for F%&€"##"!!! is what I can't do.

A five-star rating would have been…

A five-star rating would have been posted if the final explanation of how to succeed had been sent the first time I sought how to update my credit card. At all times during the week of exchanges, emails were reasonably prompt and courteous. Being 90 years old. it is always nice to speak with a human so my evaluation is prejudiced from an age perspective.

I dont know how it happened but after litteraly more than 10 times of my ID and other credentials getting rejected after my fb got locked for more than a week now, "chat with us" feature suddenly became available, but when i thought it finally will help after they told me to reply to their meta support email that they've sent where i were to reply with an attached video of me holding a written code that matches the one they've sent me to confirm that "I am me", it then only turned out to be an even more of a cesspit of a customer support. They did not respond, did not unlock, did not do anything but send a damn survey to rate their customer support! What kind of company is this. Instead of boycotting McDonald's, we should boycott this facebook instead! Worst customer service I've experienced!
