Now its answered by one person and either passed off to another colleague or you are left on wait while they do the usual ring round or message each other between the homes they work from.Get back in the office communicate faster and work smarter.

About a year ago,my cell phone was stolen. The thief went to my password manager, and compromised a number of my accounts (email, bank, credit cards, etc). Over time, I have been able to get all of my accounts back, except for one... Google.I'm not sure of the reason, but Google refuses to respond to emails and faxes. My biggest issue is that I trusted sensitive documents to be in Google Drive, including forms with my SS#. The thief has used this info to make several attempts at ID theft. For some weird reason, the thief put his phone number and Yahoo email in the 2 step verification. Google claims to have a Recovery page, but each time, that I try to use it, it basically informs the thief that I'm trying to get my account back. Being that I can't seem to talk to anyone there, I am not able to explain this to them.I can easily be verified, primarily because of my YouTube account (linked to Google). They would be able to see compare my ID with my videos.I'm certain that the thief has used my Gmail account to implement fraud and ID fraud. Again, not being able to talk to someone, from Google, the thief has been able to commit crimes scot free, All I want is that Google give me the account back or, at the very least, shut it down from the thief or thieves. This is something can be easily done. I'm totally helpless here. Why let a thief keep my account?Yes, I've filed a police report with LAPD, but nothing has been done. In reality, there's only so much they can do. It's solely up to Google.

Their return policy is terrible and the sales staff make the experience even worse. My kids bought me diamond earrings for Christmas. I didn’t care for them and wanted to return them. I used the Algonquin Commons location. I had the receipt, not a gift receipt, told them I wanted to return them. Apparently there was also a free bracelet that came with it, that I was not aware of, and was told I’d have to get the bracelet and return that I’d gave it deducted from my price if the earrings. I went all the way back home, asked my daughter about the bracelet, and was able to get the bracelet and went back to the store only for them to tell me that I either get a store credit or I needed the card that was used to purchase the gift. The card was a debit card that my daughter used, they refused to give the cash back, which is Ludacris because using a debit card, they have already received their money. Other stores will give you the cash back if a debit was used. The sales girl was rude and arrogant and had the attitude of “too bad, that’s the policy”. Now I have to wait for my daughter to make the return so the credit can go back on her card. This store is awful, overpriced and has cheap jewelry. I told my kids to please do not go there for me ever again. The price they paid fir the earrings, I could and will be going to Sam’s club to purchase diamond studs that will be of good quality and probably a bigger diamond. I do t know who makes there policies or who does the hiring, but this place thoroughly lacks and will probably won’t last as did Burlington Coat Factory due to there return policy.

Absolute trash. Subscribed to watch the Oscars, and the whole platform seemed to have crashed. I couldn't watch one second of the Oscars, or view my account info, or anything else. I looked up a customer service email and sent them screenshots and requested a refund. They sent me a form letter from a Do Not Reply email. Now they don't have sufficient staff to field what must be millions of complaints.
Review of facebook
Sent numerous messages about seeing explicit pictures of penis enlargement and sex acts on the marketplace where my son looks for toys. this has been going on for months I report them daily it is unacceptable and inappropriate to have these adds on a marketplace where children go sort it out Facebook I'm sick and tired of seeing this. s--t and reporting it follow your own guidelines which you ban people for 😡

Review of mercari
This is the worst site I have ever dealt with! The seller sent out damaged merchandise and Mercari ignores my request for a refund, then closes my account. This site is poorly designed and fails to address the problems that occur between buyer and seller. They try to give the impression they care to lure you in but the fact is they ignore your problem and then cut you off. Don't waste your time and money! IF ANYTHING TAKE THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT AND MAKE THEM PAY! THEY ARE GOING TO BE INVESTIGATED FOR FRAUD!
Review of mailchimp
As a small business owner of multiple companies AND also Mobile IT Strategist for the SMB channel, I have been using and referring MailChimp since 2008. That being said, after the buyout by Intuit, it has been downhill ever since. So many charges and multiple systems that don't work. Intuit should have stayed in their lane, all they did was break a system that WAS great. 14 years of data will need to be migrated to another system. Good thing I know what I'm doing, but i feel bad for so many small companies who have a tough time migrating data to new systems and get stuck with MailChimp.
