Claude.ai 3.5 - Inexcusable mistakes.Cancelled claude.ai after 1 evening. I gave claude a PHP script which was uploaded in the project environment. I asked it to change the terminology used across the script for one word to another. It seemed to understand. I got the script back, compared it to the original, it was 25% shorter.I then realized it had stripped all the comments.I asked it why, it apologized and lectured me on why comments were important and offered to put them back. It started putting the script back the way it was, got 2/3 of the way through and said that was its limit. I now think it stripped the comments just to get the file size down. Junk.

Review of mcafee

Customer Support is not helpful.

Been on the support for weeks now. The program will not download on my computer. A ‘glitch’. They will call back. They NEVER do. I get an email saying they tried to call me…… ( no missed calls on my phone!) Then it says the issue has been resolved….. And so we start again. At least 4 sessions like this, hours waiting on the phone.Also, never had so much Mcafee spam…. Your subscription has expired, click this link to renew… I just took out a subscription… WOW.Then a message saying that my Mcafee password has been compromised…. Really?Stay away….Now in the process of a refund…. If that happens….

I have been using Chegg for several years. I haven’t had problems with Chegg till last month. They are locking my account. It’s says your account is being verified. I am the only person that uses my Chegg account in one laptop. I don’t know if Chegg is going down or what but they been suspended my account every 2 days. I called the costumer service they are no help at all.

Service is non-existant

Service is limited. I thought Triple AAA was the gold standard - no more, far far from it! Do not recommend at all. Was with them for years and could only get reimbursed $35 for a $100 tow. Unacceptable. They have NO bank of tow companies to rely upon for roadside - whether it's changing a flat tire (with my spare inside the vehicle) with a 2 hour plus wait to my most recent tow that I took care of myself by calling a tow service for that only took about 20 minutes to arrive. I cancelled my membership immediately.

Review of venmo

Venmo would not release the money paid to me

A new tenant paid us using Venmo. Once the money was in my Venmo account I was never able to transfer it to either my business account nor my personal account. Venmo customer service just kept sending me articles none of which addressed my situation. Both of my accounts were verified and Venmo support kept saying they would help me, but in every thread they would just stop communicating. I received copies of the threads but what they showed was not what happened. The copies they sent me showed me not responding to them but I was responding to them. And what they show as their communications to me were things I never saw. I finally asked how to refund my tenant's money and they sent me an article about it that worked. So, I was finally able to refund my new tenant's money. Hopefully she will send me a check instead. Since she doesn't move in for two more weeks I am not at risk, I still have time to rent to someone else. I will never again risk using Venmo for my business.

I bought a bed online

I bought a bed online. A few hours later realized that I mistakenly ordered a King instead of a queen. Called them and was told that I had to wait until the order goes out. What??? So when I got an e mail, ((I watched like a hawk) i immediately calledTarget’s customer service and was told I had to wait until it’s out for delivery. Really??? Woke up at 6:30 am, saw an e mail that it’s out for Del. Called immediately and was told it’s too late because it’s out for delivery!!! I am furious. Will NEVER order from Target again!!!

Horrible

This is a terrible company. I subscribed to the 12 week plan + free notebook in November. I wrote to them at the end of December to complain that I wasn't receiving all my issues. For 2 weeks I received no reply. I wrote again a couple of days ago. No reply. I wanted to unsubscribe from the site. Surprise! I get an error message and they tell me to contact them by phone or email or live chat. I asked to unsubscribe in the "live" chat (which is actually an email message). No reply. This smells of scam. Stay away!Edit to answer: Make it possible for people to unsubscribe from their account directly, instead of writing emails. Especially if you know you have bad customer service and a tendency to not reply to people's complaints. I'm not even the first person complaining about this issue, so it should have been solved by now. It is my right as a customer to express my dissatisfaction with the way things have worked for me and warn others about the way the economist handles customers. Please don't try to appease me to do damage control. I've sent 7 emails. You could have taken any one of those opportunities for that.

DODGY AND USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE

I received money into my wallet address supplied to me by Coinbase. This money was never received when I contacted Coinbase customer service I sent them through every piece of evidence and the agent had said to me they could see it but I couldn’t so this had to be fixed by their specialist team and that I would recieve my funds by 7 days well 7 days rolled around still no funds so I contacted them again and was told 24/48 hours that also rolled past still no funds when I contact their Customer service I get scripted replies from various agents all telling me that I’ll recieve it soon and it’s with their specialist team and will be resolved soon we are now approaching the 14 day mark and I still have not received my funds I’m starting to doubt I ever will I believe this site is extremely dodgy their customer support is not useful at all nobody can give me a clear indication as to why this is taking so long or where it is up to as a struggling mother I can not afford to loose these funds due to an error not of my fault I believe they have had ample time to fix this issue. When I said that Coinbase should reimburse me for the amount I have lost I get ignored and told I will have an outcome real soon. I would except the loss if this was an error made by myself but it’s not it’s their error and yet I’m the one suffering.

Good for Nothing but taking your cut from your Sales

Our company recently had 4 suspicious transactions that got approved by Braintrees payment gateway on our website and even passed their fraud check. Since 3 different cards were used and the potential fraudulent customer tried checking out and failed 6 times before, i required support from Braintree, for the first time in 4 years and it has been 1 week and no reply. All i asked for was to verify the transactions as we all know that if a charge back is put forward against us, we will lose the funds. Transactions total is $4322.48 so its enough to effect our business. All Braintree is good for is taking their cut and nothing else. Will consider new options moving forward with support.

No reason to cancel my card, be very wary.

Card is to be cancelled after 1 year for no reason!!!I received an email today my card was going to be cancelled in one month due to a technical issue when it was approved over a year ago.I rang to see what the issue was as my card is paid in full each month. I have never missed a payment, in-fact I credit my account each month as they did not give me a large enough limit.They could not tell me why. My credit record is impeccable.

They have confirmed that the charge was wrong and would be reversed (I have screenshots and an email confirming this).However as of today the charge has not been reversed - they just keep telling me 'it's under review'.Stay well away from this company. Your money is not safe with them!
