Horrible

This is a terrible company. I subscribed to the 12 week plan + free notebook in November. I wrote to them at the end of December to complain that I wasn't receiving all my issues. For 2 weeks I received no reply. I wrote again a couple of days ago. No reply. I wanted to unsubscribe from the site. Surprise! I get an error message and they tell me to contact them by phone or email or live chat. I asked to unsubscribe in the "live" chat (which is actually an email message). No reply. This smells of scam. Stay away!Edit to answer: Make it possible for people to unsubscribe from their account directly, instead of writing emails. Especially if you know you have bad customer service and a tendency to not reply to people's complaints. I'm not even the first person complaining about this issue, so it should have been solved by now. It is my right as a customer to express my dissatisfaction with the way things have worked for me and warn others about the way the economist handles customers. Please don't try to appease me to do damage control. I've sent 7 emails. You could have taken any one of those opportunities for that.
