DODGY AND USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE

I received money into my wallet address supplied to me by Coinbase. This money was never received when I contacted Coinbase customer service I sent them through every piece of evidence and the agent had said to me they could see it but I couldn’t so this had to be fixed by their specialist team and that I would recieve my funds by 7 days well 7 days rolled around still no funds so I contacted them again and was told 24/48 hours that also rolled past still no funds when I contact their Customer service I get scripted replies from various agents all telling me that I’ll recieve it soon and it’s with their specialist team and will be resolved soon we are now approaching the 14 day mark and I still have not received my funds I’m starting to doubt I ever will I believe this site is extremely dodgy their customer support is not useful at all nobody can give me a clear indication as to why this is taking so long or where it is up to as a struggling mother I can not afford to loose these funds due to an error not of my fault I believe they have had ample time to fix this issue. When I said that Coinbase should reimburse me for the amount I have lost I get ignored and told I will have an outcome real soon. I would except the loss if this was an error made by myself but it’s not it’s their error and yet I’m the one suffering.
