Avoid! Go back to shopping in the high Street!!

Ok let's give a timeline.1.£200 spent on presents to arrive by Christmas. All had good delivery dates when orders placed on 29/11. 2. When checking dates now changed too May/June, every item. So no, not in time for Christmas. 3. Had to contact Amazon several times to check why promised will get delivered. 4. Had to contact again and cancel some items as are out of stock which means the whole package won't be delivered until May/June.5.After several contacts managed to finally get some refunded.6. Had to contact again still on item outstanding saying May/June.So the upshot clearly one item not going to be delivered. Contacted 4 times was offered refund which they are now refusing. The last representative I spoke to said I'd been giving false information!!! So basically lied too. They are saying new delivery date, which I don't believe and no refund. Got handed over to a sciatic manager who cut me off. I'd like to thank Amazon as I will not be using their services again and has made me happly go back to the high Street for some decent customer service. Avoid this company the couriers pretend they deliver, their customer service di not telling the truth waste of space.

THEY WILL CHARGE YOU EXPONENTIALLY FOR NOTHING

DO NOT USE. Having never subscribed to their premium service I was somehow charged £166.80 October 2024. I found out I was charged £70.80 last October and £29.50 the October before that. HOW? I NEVER EVEN SUBSCRIBED TO THEIR SERVICES. SERIOUSLY DODGEY. DO NOT EVEN MAKE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM.

Nokia 5.4

My life line is my phone.I have suffered so much.i had my medical issue and tried calling on my new Nokia phone, they could not respond due to to phone cutting off .This is not the 1st time Nokia has nearly took my life. This happens regularly.I had to suffer to take my phone back to Argos Walsall. At the Walsall Argos I was called to the till, payment area.A manager appeared and went back, after some time he came back and I explained my issue. He took my phone and said he will test it.I could see my phone where he left it.He comes back and told me the phone is working we have done tests that say your phone is perfect. After pointing out that my phone was next to to the small box,he continued to insult me,At this point I was approached by upset Argos staff who saw everything and we're disscusted by the way I had been treated. The Argos manager name is ANDRZEJ

The most useless incompetent government ever. Not only are they lying about tests and statistics to keep us locked in our houses, they are also not letting us see our elderly loved ones and denying them the care they so desperately need.

Very worst logistics company

Very worst logistics company . Very worst customer care service. I received a used product than i want it to return but the customer care cancle my request multiple times and told me to request again about cancellation and now they blocked my account exact the same last date of product return. I'm suffering from it about 1 week. I do email to the company and called customer care but they didn't do anything at all.Ridiculous

Review of cancerresearchuk

Not a penny more for this charity

I have given a lot of money to Cancer Research over the years, both direct donations, via fundraising and donations to the shops. I took a lot of valuable items to the Bromley store last week including a couple of iPads only to be told by an indignant assistant 'we are NOT taking donations at the moment'. I'd walked a long way with three large and heavy bags so was not best pleased! I get plenty of begging letters from them for fund raising so they could have sent an email to say the shop was not accepting donations or put something on the website. So it's Cancer Research's loss. They have become just another large, arrogant organisation. ***UPDATE*** I was promised a call by one of the 'sales' staff at C/R, but nobody bothered. By the way, the CEO of Cancer Research is paid OVER A QUARTER OF A MILLION. How many people might have lived if that money had been spent on cancer patients, instead of a Fat Cat CEO

I hoped the telegraph would report the truth with no bias. The Dominic Cummings trial by biased mainstream media was disgusting and encouraged by the telegraph. The bias towards BLM and the destroying of our heritage was appalling. The Police and London mayor should have been taken to task over letting these protests take place during the lockdown that applied to everyone apart from BLM. Why? The mainstream press including the Telegraph are complicit in this appeasing of left wing fanatics.

Review of lyft

Ride with Lyft is frustrated and headache…

It's a very frustrated and headache experience with Lyft and strongly not recommend to use its service . it's convenient to pick up a ride on your phone and very convenient for Lyft to charge you wrongly, which you have no way to talk with Lyft for the wrong charge for no pick up. The Lyft could have hired lots of undocumented immigrants as its driver. The driver sent by Lyft to pick me up at the Phoenix Sky Harbor International airport does not know where the RideShare pick up spot is, cannot read, and parked some other place on different drive way. Finally, I exhausted and spent about 25 minutes of terrible searching and saw the car. And I tried to talk to the driver but the driver cannot speak English, nor understand English. He just showed me the map but that's not where I was going. I don't feel safe to get in his car. He is not old. How could he don't know English at all.

The problem was the delay

The problem was the delay. After asking a few times we were informed that the order was laying at the Parcel shop. We bought for delivery to our address, not to bepicked up in the parcel shop. Nobody advised us about a delivery date/hour and neither that the order had arrived at the parcel shop until we finally managed to find out what had happened.

Amazon do better - Frustrating Delivery Experience and Delayed Refund Process

I’ve been a loyal Amazon Prime member for years, but my recent delivery experience was disappointing. The delivery person had trouble accessing my building, and when I politely asked how others usually handle this, I received a rude and unprofessional response.I initially thought my package had been delivered, but it was actually returned without any attempt to contact me or complete the delivery. I did not reject the package — the return was caused by the courier’s actions.I was told the refund would only be processed once the item is back in stock. This delay is frustrating because the situation was not my fault, yet I am being held accountable for it.As a Prime member who has already waited several days, I expect better service, faster resolution, and more professional communication from delivery personnel. I hope Amazon improves its delivery process and customer support to prevent others from facing similar issues.

Complete disregard to consumer rights…

Complete disregard to consumer rights and no way to escalate or complain here in the UK. My minor accidentally purchased a movie and even though we have not watched a minute of it, Apple just won't care to issue a refund. It's pathetic and appalling to see a tech giant (although now clearly a decaying one) to cling to 20 quid like there's no tomorrow. Maybe there isn't for Cook's Apple.
