We tried eventbrite for a free event we had. Found out that the system was telling folks who tried to register that the event was closed. Closed? What in the world? We won't be using the system going forward; who knows how many people were dissuaded from attending our event because of this...

I have just been charged £1.99 for a book I do not want.

I have just been charged £1.99 for a survival manual in error. It was The Emergency Survival Manual: 294 Life-Saving Skills (Outdoor Life). I was going to put it in my trolley then save it for later not realising it was a Kindle book. Amazon charged me. I want a refund because I do not have a Kindle and do not have a Kindle account.Update : I figured it out, refund coming..eventually.

Damaged shoe return - great product awful service

Returned a pair of damaged ultraboost shoes they said would refund me €220 two months ago after agreeing the damage was unreasonable. I have contacted them every two weeks for an update and all they say is their specialist team are looking into it. I have probably bought ultraboost trainers from them about 20 times as a loyal customer of a great product. But the routines and execs deciding on the customer service are making such poor decisions I won’t buy their shoes again. Be warned if you get a defective product, the CEO who just pushed bottom line abused the reputation of Adidas. Only order for collection in stores, do not buy online.

Not trustworthy

I have been with Mcafee for years and decided to to go elsewhere. I deactivated 'auto renew' and received an email stating same. Guess what, it auto renewed. Tried contacting support but to no avail. Thankfully it will not renew next year as my card expired. I have lost trust in this company and judging by the comments here and the lack of replies from Mcafee it looks like they just don't care. .

I purchase a laptop on Black Friday. Before I completed the purchase I asked the rep " What if this is cheaper on Cyber Monday?" His response was if it's cheaper we will price match. Well, I work on Monday and by the time I get in front of a computer it's late. Yes, it was about 40 dollars less so I went in Tuesday. I was told that if I didn't make it in Monday then no match. I was never informed of Monday or nothing. The manager said she would have discussion with the sales team. I have been a member of Best Buy for over10 years, Hello Walmart!!!

The TFL service is from bad to worst! Including false advertisement and not being taken accountable

The TFL service is from bad to worst.Someone has to take them accountable for such poor quality. They can’t just strike and not be told they just deserve raises and a sit on the table when the people United vote for such service to deserve it.I have been having a fight with the enquire and refund department regarding a billboard advertisement on the underground that states the time over 30 minutes as reason to reach and do a complain to get a refund.When call was presented that if the motives fall into strikes, engineering working and things that are outside of our control you don’t qualify - If we go there everything can be catalog as out of their control.This is a joke everyday since this refund request was done due to a train delay for more than 1 hour when keep saying on the track that the next train is 2 in 2 minutes with nothing showing and clearly trains running but not stopping on the platform.What a disgrace of service I would give 0 if I could. Specially knowing that they have the audacity of increasing price over and over with such bad service.

Horrible experience Samsung, so disgusted with your customer service.I gave my Galaxy S22 ultra for repair as it wasn't fast charging. I asked for a spare phone and I dint have any phone to use for next 3 to 5 working days. The lady at counter assure me and guaranteed it will be fixed on urgent basis and will be couriered to my place in 2 days as I stay far. After multiple follow ups phone calls which no one answer untill 5pm. I managed to get hold of some one and changed my address so it's delivered at the right place. It was supposed to be dispatched next morning but no one followed up, after calling entire day a guy answered at 5pm saying it's ready for pick up and had no clue it was suppose to be couriered so again after wasting a day it was dispatched the next day in evening so the following morning I should receive the courier which is day 4 by now. After tracking entire morning I see that the courier guy try to deliver but no one home to I needed to collect it when I was home entire day. After calling courier company all morning to my surprise they told me that the unit number on the parcel is wrong hence the guy left. Now it will be delivered next day which day 5 btw. And still without my phone when it was repaired in 1 day. The courier company told me since there is a change in address it will take another 2 working days which means i have to wait the entire weekend without my phone which makes it 9 days without a phone. Pathetic service.

They won't let ME list certain items for sale, but others seem to be able to - discretion and discrimination at its finest. The review requests are non-existent and are just ignored. They use AI to make decisions - so no staff to cut costs I expect.They do nothing at all about the sheer amount of scams on there and fake profiles. There's nothing but unwanted rubbish in my feed. I can't see what any of my friends are up to anymore.Loads of trash adverts - ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY ISN'T IT FACEBOOK! (And manipulation/control).There's nothing but soft porn and misleading posts in my feed.The website is slow and constantly crashes.LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLATFORM TO USE LIKE I AM! Their greed and psychological insanity has ruined Facebook.

Latham Pools

Latham Pools, NY.This business does not stand behind their work. We contacted them in April to see if they could repair the hotel outdoor pool. We sent pictures and after a few days they stated they could repair. The payment terms is 75% up front before we can be placed on a schedule.( We were not informed this at the beginning) I sent the check at end of April I was informed we are on the schedule for May 31. Tentatively. They did arrive on that date however the people they sent were not organized and did not stay in communication. They left one day and their tools were around the pool. We contacted the company and they responded they will contact to see what is the progress. The pool repairs were finished on 6/4 and they left trash and their barrels in the pool . We notice additional web cracks and after draining the pool again we saw the middle of the pool is elevated. Water is trapped on the side. We sent pictures and on June 5 was our last phone conversation. Yesterday we received a call around 3pm after more than 2 weeks of myself and another person emailing and calling a few times a week for communication and discuss their plan to correct the issue they developed. As of this writing on June 24 at 8:44am we have not talked with Luke who we were told is the person that will need to be involved. He did speak briefly to my maintenance supervisor on June 23 and he asked for pictures. He was told to call me and I have not spoken to anyone.
