The TFL service is from bad to worst.Someone has to take them accountable for such poor quality. They can’t just strike and not be told they just deserve raises and a sit on the table when the people United vote for such service to deserve it.I have been having a fight with the enquire and refund department regarding a billboard advertisement on the underground that states the time over 30 minutes as reason to reach and do a complain to get a refund.When call was presented that if the motives fall into strikes, engineering working and things that are outside of our control you don’t qualify - If we go there everything can be catalog as out of their control.This is a joke everyday since this refund request was done due to a train delay for more than 1 hour when keep saying on the track that the next train is 2 in 2 minutes with nothing showing and clearly trains running but not stopping on the platform.What a disgrace of service I would give 0 if I could. Specially knowing that they have the audacity of increasing price over and over with such bad service.
