Damaged shoe return - great product awful service

Returned a pair of damaged ultraboost shoes they said would refund me €220 two months ago after agreeing the damage was unreasonable. I have contacted them every two weeks for an update and all they say is their specialist team are looking into it. I have probably bought ultraboost trainers from them about 20 times as a loyal customer of a great product. But the routines and execs deciding on the customer service are making such poor decisions I won’t buy their shoes again. Be warned if you get a defective product, the CEO who just pushed bottom line abused the reputation of Adidas. Only order for collection in stores, do not buy online.
