Initially, I was not impressed with the service that I received since signing up with GoDaddy. It has been one frustrating call after another, which has led me to dread the call today to discuss my website and WordPress. It was such a refreshing experience and, frankly, shed light on how great GoDaddy could be if there were more James' in the world or with GD. I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with James. He was, by far, the number one customer service representative I have spoken to in the last 6 months. Not only did he listen, he took the time to hear my request and guide me through the process, rather than making me feel like I was an annoyance to him. GoDaddy is lucky to have him.

Knowing what I know now... the grass is not greener on the other side. Run was amazing, my safe place, the one I could depend on. Our company switched to ADP workforce nextgen, it is a never ending nightmare, consuming all my time and making everything about my job more difficult. Our company is switching back to RUN and I can not wait to be back!!!

Was on 3.99 a month. As soon as final payment taken I upgraded to annual, but the month I had paid 3.99 for was not added to the total, therefore losing me a months sub. Contacted support and got a bot reply, saying it would escalate to human for refund. No human contacted me-then days later the bot emailed to ask how my experience was.With any other sub when you pay for more time it added to your existing credit. I quite like the music service but this degree of poor customer support will have me looking elsewhere

Bad treatment with the customer.In December 2020, I bought a laptop from Otto that has a two-year warranty. In August 2021, I contacted Otto due to a malfunction in the audio output and they told me that they can't fix my laptop and I have to contact Acer.I called Acer and they asked me to send the laptop to them, after ten days they told me the laptop had been fixed and sent to me by DHL, but the laptop didn't arrive. After several attempts to contact Otto, Acer, and DHL, I was informed that my laptop was missing and they couldn't send me a new one, even though I had a two year warranty and I was still paying Otto's monthly installments. I asked Acer & Otto for compensation and sent them an invoice, but my Emails were not clearly answered, and I was not told how much compensation I would get. I asked for help from the Consumer Protection Center in my city, who tried to contact Otto as the seller which has specialized lawyers to protect the customer but to no avail. Otto didn't answer his calls . I'm shocked by the company's neglect and failure to solve this problem for months.

Blocked my credit card after they requested an update of my personal information that hadn't changed. First, I was supposed to upload it based on a case number which was invalid. Then I was supposed to upload the documents via an Upload Center. I uploaded everything, customer support said it looked good. Today my card was blocked, turns out after the 3rd representative I spoke, that some information was put in the wrong line in two of the five formulars. To unblock they told me to re-uplaod but the process of documents could take up to 3 days. I am a platinum card holder who pays 60 Euros a month for absolute shameful customer support.

I recently had a deeply frustrating experience with a Binance platform, which I believe acted in bad faith. On January 9, 2024, I initiated a transaction from my bank to this platform. The platform profited from the transaction fees without providing any real service or value, exploiting a failed transaction for their own gain. This is highly unprofessional and deceptive.Customers expect transparency and fairness, especially in the volatile world of cryptocurrency. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and wary of their services. I urge others to be cautious and consider my experience when dealing with this platform.Edit: you already know that I spoke more than 5 times to your customer service and nothing was done except putting roadblocks to give the money back. All I can do now is to warn everyone else.
