Bad treatment with the customer.In December 2020, I bought a laptop from Otto that has a two-year warranty. In August 2021, I contacted Otto due to a malfunction in the audio output and they told me that they can't fix my laptop and I have to contact Acer.I called Acer and they asked me to send the laptop to them, after ten days they told me the laptop had been fixed and sent to me by DHL, but the laptop didn't arrive. After several attempts to contact Otto, Acer, and DHL, I was informed that my laptop was missing and they couldn't send me a new one, even though I had a two year warranty and I was still paying Otto's monthly installments. I asked Acer & Otto for compensation and sent them an invoice, but my Emails were not clearly answered, and I was not told how much compensation I would get. I asked for help from the Consumer Protection Center in my city, who tried to contact Otto as the seller which has specialized lawyers to protect the customer but to no avail. Otto didn't answer his calls . I'm shocked by the company's neglect and failure to solve this problem for months.
