I recently had a deeply frustrating experience with a Binance platform, which I believe acted in bad faith. On January 9, 2024, I initiated a transaction from my bank to this platform. The transaction failed, but was held up by the bank until January 11, 2024, for reasons unknown to me.When the bank finally released the failed transaction, the crypto platform accepted it. Here's the catch: they seemed to have done this solely to benefit from the transaction fees. After deducting these fees, they returned the money back to me. I contacted their customer service numerous times. Initially, they requested my bank statement, which I provided promptly. Now, they are asking for an official letter from the bank, further proving their scam pattern.This practice is unethical and opportunistic. The platform profited from the transaction fees without providing any real service or value, exploiting a failed transaction for their own gain. This is highly unprofessional and deceptive.Customers expect transparency and fairness, especially in the volatile world of cryptocurrency. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and wary of their services. I urge others to be cautious and consider my experience when dealing with this platform.Edit: you already know that I spoke more than 5 times to your customer service and nothing was done except putting roadblocks to give the money back. All I can do now is to warn everyone else.

What should have taken 6 months took 1…

What should have taken 6 months took 1 1/2 years - I had to continue to send the manuscript with changes and they were not made - I would then spend literally hours with staff combing thru the manuscript to show that indeed the changes had not been made, over and over and over again - not sure if it was a tech issue or what. Ii would say get your book published anywhere but with WordPress.

I'm having to contact VRBO for payment…

I'm having to contact VRBO for payment for every payment. Now I am due a large payment (over $4,300), which will affect my cash flow if it is late. This morning I've started a chat 3 times, while logged into my Host account, and every time the VRBO system sent me to the Chat box for Travelers, and the Chat CSR could not help me. They leave the chat without helping me. Each time I logged out and logged back in. The last time I even used a different browser. So clearly VRBO is not making chat available to its Hosts, perhaps because so many of us are angry that they are holding funds Guests have paid them for use of our homes? This will begin to affect Guests, because we as Owners will lock down our houses where the Guests cannot enter. VRBO needs to honor its contracts with its Hosts, or it will affect everyone who uses the VRBO platform. So I am now resorting to complaining here, which did result last time in my receiving payment the very next day. Res ID: HA-DFB8B2

The Worst Customer Service EVER.....

Survey Monkey's customer service is THE WORST. In fact they have no customer service. We joined, paid for premium service a year up front and then could not gain access to our account. Emailed, called, tried everything to gain access but to no avail. Just called my bank and had the purchase reversed. Best of luck to you Survey Monkey.....you will need it at the rate you are going.....

I WISH I had read other reviews here first. Terrible service from this company. They cancelled my British Isles cruise so they can make more money elsewhere. Not one word of apology then sent me an invoice charging ME for the cancellation. It's taken two mornings of discussion with one of their advisors to sort it out but apparently I have to wait between 30 and 45 days to receive my refund. Never book with this company - I certainly won't ever again.

Don’t order online.

Don’t bother ordering online and getting Items delivered. Items arrived damaged. Reply back from Ikea asks that I take them back to a store. They won’t allow me to send them back. Only have 14 days to do this. The whole point in me ordering online is I don’t live close to an IKEA store. Pointless.

Testing showed magnetic field levels of 141.2 mG — 35 times higher than the widely recognized safety threshold (4 mG). When we contacted the seller, their response was sarcastic, mocking, and completely unprofessional, with remarks like “Don’t scare yourself” and “Provide a certificate from the hospital.”Wayfair removed the product listing, but we received no compensation, apology, or further response. If you’re buying a product based on health claims, beware... Wayfair is not vetting these sellers, and consumers are paying the price.

As we have multiple Shopify stores, we were quite worried when we looked at the feedback here, especially as we have been with them for around 10 years. We started to wonder what was happening because we were having a negative experience ourselves involving Shopify payments. Fundamentally the problem was they were asking for documents and in spite of us uploading all sorts of different items which fitted the requirements of what they wanted they were constantly rejecting them but eventually, the issue was taken up by a lady called Sarah who escalated the problem to the payments team and after seven days of considerable stress the whole thing got resolved. It was a negative experience, but basically it seems to be the case that you just need to speak to the right people, but it's still a bit of an ordeal but regardless I'm happy to give them five stars because their platform works really well for us and now that this is resolved it's fine, and it's the only time we've had a real nightmare with them in all the years we've been with them.

Coogee crowe plaza in sydney misleading price

Coogee crowe plaza in sydney, run by the IHG group of hotels, they have a clear price mtch policy on their website however its misleading. Ill be submitting a complaint to fair trading NSW and ACCC due to misleading conduct. Neither the hotel or IHG head office was willing to help and said they cant offer a price match and agreed their website was misleading. Not an honest business.

I stayed at Holiday Inn at the Buenos Aires Airport The air conditioning was not working and there were mosquitoes in the room. I slept badly and woke up to what I thought was a few mosquito bites. As we flew onto Ushuaia, I noticed more and more bites. There were easily over 75 on my arm, hand and face. In googling we were able to determine these were bed bug bites. Upon arrival I immediately had to throw out anything that couldn't be laundered and used a laundry in town. The bites were awful ,taking about 2 weeks to fully resolve. The hotel has said " reassure what we told you about not having bed bugs in Argentina we have local regulations related to plagues on the hotels." I have shared the photos of my arm, face, hand with them. Again ONE NIGHT in their hotel, next morning bed bug bites too numerous to count. The 1 star is for the restaurant; great food and great service.I am also very angry at IHG. They have a new ad campaign and as I look at the ad "Guest how you Guest" I know I did not want to GUEST and end up with the bites I did. Holiday Inn is part of IHG and one of the reasons I felt comfortable booking the hotel. I am angry and disappointed at their lack of involvement, from my first email, their response was that it should be handled locally. That is not how I want to GUEST. If IHG expects brand loyalty, they must accept corporate responsibility.

Nil support; plenty of fees

My item is showing as sold out. There is no way to let this ripoff mob know as the question doesn't appear on their "help" list nor is there an option for any further questions. They take 30% in fees and taxes. Go elsewhere to not get stung.
