Blocked my card after failing to update my contact info because of invalid case number

Blocked my credit card after they requested an update of my personal information that hadn't changed. First, I was supposed to upload it based on a case number which was invalid. Then I was supposed to upload the documents via an Upload Center. I uploaded everything, customer support said it looked good. Today my card was blocked, turns out after the 3rd representative I spoke, that some information was put in the wrong line in two of the five formulars. To unblock they told me to re-uplaod but the process of documents could take up to 3 days. I am a platinum card holder who pays 60 Euros a month for absolute shameful customer support.
