Initially, I was not impressed with the service that I received since signing up with GoDaddy. It has been one frustrating call after another, which has led me to dread the call today to discuss my website and WordPress. It was such a refreshing experience and, frankly, shed light on how great GoDaddy could be if there were more James' in the world or with GD. I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with James. He was, by far, the number one customer service representative I have spoken to in the last 6 months. Not only did he listen, he took the time to hear my request and guide me through the process, rather than making me feel like I was an annoyance to him. GoDaddy is lucky to have him.
