We visited the Totowa, NJ Store today and was fortunate enough to have Donny help us. We were interested in trying out the ZildjianCustom A cymbal set. There Was not a complete set of the cymbals on display and Donny quickly put a complete set on a drum kit for us to try them out. They sounded great and we are purchasing the set. Thank you Donny.

If you don't want to have lag in your blitz and bullet games then don't bother with Chess.com. It will frustrate you and cost you lots of losses in clear winning games. The worst part is that Chess.com doesn't even address the issue. The stuff they mention in their blogs about the issue is like giving a kid a packet of sweets and expect him not to ever cry again. Perhaps it's a cross-border thing with the US enjoying far greater bandwith speeds than the rest of the world. Chess.com won't mention anything down that path because that would have a direct negative effect on their numbers. My conclusion is that if your Chess.com connection is fine then you are ok, if not then don't expect it to get any better and not to mention all the times when their servers crash in the middle of your important local and national RATED events (not Chess.com's inaccurate rating system).

Still waiting 3 weeks after placing my order. Tracking number is invalid and courier says they can't track items cause their system is down (1 month later, still down) and courier refuses to investigate. Lego is even more useless, I've had no replies to my emails via their support and their phone service is a joke. Some brainless moron who quotes what I see in their generic email. His only advise was to wait longer.Do NOT buy online, go support your local store....just not a lego store.

While 1050 games across the NHL seems like alot for an entire season, when you follow your favorite team for a season, you'll be disappointed w/ this service. They determine which games you'll see, no reasoning to their motives. Local blackouts are expected, but they blackout much more than those. For $13 mo.(w/tax) I was hopeful to follow my out of town team. Very misleading! Not worth the few games you can watch.

AAA is extortion. They offer 4 tows per membership but told me I have to pay $125 to have my car towed because it's considered the same breakdown. I have had it towed 1 time. Once! Where are my other 3 tows?! I will never renew my membership again. Ever. It's a waste of money and highway robbery! It's taking advantage of people in dire situations.

I use the free version, but it is so helpful. I love that you can download all the responses you get. I only wish you could choose different options to download maybe, because excel with long responses can be tough to use and the 1st columns are not the name of the people taking the survey. But otherwise I love it!

The Live chat is simply terrible. conversations get cut off, every 5 minutes you get a different agent asking the same questions every time. It has been impossible to get a support case number to file an actual complaint.Was trying to reach out to support because I opened this account and it showed that I was eligible for free crypto (spin the wheel promotion) upon my first crypto transaction. So I did, but no wheel. This platform is an absolute NO-GO if you expect to have any kind of actual support.

I would never opt in to this by default and it's a dark pattern to be opted in automatically. Amex needs to be more customer centric if they want to be relevant.

My A&F Order 70020412614 was cancelled by shop 12 jun, I contacted with support ask when I get my refund, they made me sure that they released hold on transaction, i contacted my bank to check it and get answer that transaction still oh hold, i was waiting 1 week to release my funds but didn't, 20 jun contacted again with AB support and get answer thar they will release my funds 27 jun. AB using my funds for free, i'm not your investor. Be careful to order things in this company.

Jumped on a hyped up social issue solely for clicks, in the process marginalizing and condemning a large group merely for divergent opinions, or worse, the choice simply not to engage with fringe activism. No attempts to create a balanced article by reaching out to members of said group for their point of view. Certainly no attempts to review the product on its own merit. Cheap, ungrounded and extremely biased hit piece. Won't read this outlet again.
