Managed to get through to customer service and spoke to man who sounded like he was at home walking around the house. Couldn’t help me order my sons 16+ Zip card as having trouble with the web site and said sorry I can’t help try Monday!! Really!!! What a shambles! He really couldn’t be bothered.Thanks for wasting an hr of my time
