Support is non existingHave been trying to get in touch with support for days now. The Live chat is simply terrible. conversations get cut off, every 5 minutes you get a different agent asking the same questions every time. It has been impossible to get a support case number to file an actual complaint.Was trying to reach out to support because I opened this account and it showed that I was eligible for free crypto (spin the wheel promotion) upon my first crypto transaction. So I did, but no wheel. This platform is an absolute NO-GO if you expect to have any kind of actual support.
