I've subscribed to The Times for years, but recently decided to cancel due to the increase in price and decrease in quality.Alarm bells started to ring when rather than being able to cancel online, I was advised I'd have to call them, the classic rip-off tactic.This led to lots of holding, followed by a barrage of offers to retain my subscription which once refused were followed by threats as to what would happen if I cancelled.Once I eventually got through this, I think I have finally cancelled, but obviously with months of payments still to make.It's disappointing that an organisation like The Times has gone down the route of money-grabbing at all costs. Hopefully, potential subscribers will see the reviews here and give them a very wide berth!

Hotmail account randomly not receiving emails. I have lost many critical emails. Colleagues I knew that sent me email but my hotmail account failed to receive them. I have been unable to get emails also from government and companies. The issue doesn't seemed to be restricted to a certain domain but randomly. Recently I have been fined for failing to pay for an invoice because hotmail didn't receive it though my accountant has sent the invoice to me. This is very dissapointing. This issue has been ongoing for years.

Worst customer service on planet!!!! Have been dealing with an overage charge for 3 months and still getting the run around. I am the account holder, my sole name is on the account and have two lines. Everytime I call, they need to speak to the person who is on my second phone line (their name is not on bills) before they can talk to me. Then when the other line calls in they say I need to contact them. They don't understand when you try to explain things to them, nothing is resolved after speaking to them. I am going to switch providers because it's beyond ridiculous.

Not Quite Sure why so many negative reviews. In General mine has been pretty solid. I think many people on here have poor internet which will cause many issues. You need atleast 10-15MB per second for streaming. Most people won't. Advice only use the two big boys of ISPs. Not these little companies offering cheap internet. I have watched Frasier and live TV on my phone, Firestick and Tablet. No issues. The ONE very naughty practice from 4 is 4+ and still having an advert. That needs to change. I use 4+ as 3.99 a month is reasonable.

Made a purchase over £300 on Saturday, contacted their customer support through the online chat as early as possible on Monday.A few times, the agent terminated the chat session without providing an answer to my query.The problem: even though express delivery was selected by default on checkout, the order was set to "Standard" (i.e. 4/5 days delivery vs 1/2 I requested for). I raised this request and I kept receiving poor responses from their customer support. They were unable, in 6 working hours, to ammed the delivery option (even though I haven't received a dispatch confirmation from their side and there were absolutely no £££ changes for the two different delivery options).I asked for cancellation policies, they didn't give me more information than: you can't cancel it because you have already paid.Very poor customer service.

I recently made deposited 500usd to Namecheap via BitPay, one of their officially supported payment methods. However, their Risk Management team locked my account, demanding a bank statement descriptor that does not exist for BitPay transactions.Despite explaining this multiple times and providing a valid BitPay transaction receipt, Namecheap refused to acknowledge their own payment system and kept insisting on a credit card descriptor. Their lack of knowledge about their own supported payment options caused unnecessary delays and frustration.I currently have $500 locked on NameCheap that I am unable to access or use. As a European customer, I will escalate this issue to the European Consumer Centre (ECC) Network for support. Additionally, since NameCheap is a U.S.-based company, I will also file a complaint with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to address this matter.If you plan to use BitPay or crypto payments with Namecheap, beware—they might lock your account and refuse to help. Extremely disappointing customer service and verification process.UPDATE: They have now solved the issue and given me access to my account again.

Tried chat, called 2 other numbers, after an hour I gave up trying to understand what happened. Bottom line. Dell will never get another order from me.

I know Crocoblock for about 8 months and since then we have bundled Jet-Plugins with our top selling WP Theme JupiterX. during this period over 15k people installed and used some of these plugins and so far we are thrilled how responsive are these guys when it comes to improvements and bug fixes. Their release cycles are shorter and less painful. Customer support just can't be any better!As Artbees CTO looking back to the past 8 months I now know that I have made the right decision to integrate Jet Plugins by Crocoblock into our WP Themes.

Finally got this resolved after weeks of wasted time and stress but Amazon.es and their delivery company CTT are the absolute pits. Amazon Spain's transport company CTT was making harassing silent calls, followed IMMEDIATELY by emails with various excuses re not delivering (probably to fabricate their call records showing they called? no idea... ) I had three phone calls like this the other day immediately followed by three emails re three different 'impossible' deliveries.. and two more since on different days..So I then paid for the caller id service on my landline (not free in Spain) and it's the same mobile number calling me silently. Hardly anyone has this number but they certainly do. They just hang there not speaking and it's me that cuts the call off. What sickos are these? That's on top of a long running fiasco with actual non deliveries which has led to Amazon resending stuff and now after eons I've ended up with two of the same thing and Amazon now expects me to take the surplus items elsewhere many miles away to return them at the nearest Celeritas point!? That's a very very long way away too! All because I've already been totally messed around! I wasted days waiting in for nothing. I've now cancelled my Amazon Prime membership (which is a farce re fast deliveries not to mention everything else) and also deleted my credit cards from my Amazon account because they're certainly not going to charge me more for the extra unwanted items that I never asked for which they can come and collect! I can't believe how bad the indifferent automated customer service is. Every time a different person from god knows where on the planet who can't be bothered, they don't even read and change their own email templates so they say the correct thing to a customer.. signed with just another unaccountable christian name and now this - an indifferent unhelpful automated instruction to return something I never wanted to a place many kms away so it can be sent back to Amazon. I really recommend everyone sends Jeff Bezos their complaints on Twitter because Amazon Spain will ruin his business irretrievably unless something big is done to change the whole way it works.

placed 2 orders in the last 30 days, one of them for nearly £1,600 and no communication, i am chasing them constantly asking when i will have my orders, both times delays with the order without telling me, no updates in the website even if i receive the order its still with status processing,
