Worst customer service on planet!!!! Have been dealing with an overage charge for 3 months and still getting the run around. I am the account holder, my sole name is on the account and have two lines. Everytime I call, they need to speak to the person who is on my second phone line (their name is not on bills) before they can talk to me. Then when the other line calls in they say I need to contact them. They don't understand when you try to explain things to them, nothing is resolved after speaking to them. I am going to switch providers because it's beyond ridiculous.
