No Customer Support

If you can't log into your account and every reset link says it's invalid immediately after you receive it, there is no way to contact Hulu for help, because being signed in is required to contact them. Live chat has 100+ people ahead of you, so waiting is unrealistic. Was forced to cancel because there's no way to communicate with anyone for help.

Predatory transaction charges with misleading storage costs for B2. Storing around 50G of data ended up costing $1200 for a month because there was a bug in the backup software querying in a loop, causing millions of read transactions. Their support refused to issue me a refund. Thankfully my bank granted a dispute in my favor.

Wayfair forces customers to pay & work for Wayfair's mistakes, with zero remorse.

Ordered over $1,000 worth of countertop height stools. I received barstools instead. They force the customer to print out a return slip and haul, no matter how big, heavy, or quantity the items to a FedEx location that may or may not charge the customer a fee. They do not guarantee your refund. And when the items received are not correct and you return them, that counts as a return and then if the next package is incorrect, you're stuck and can't get a refund. After learning this from Chelsea at Wayfair, I requested the refund and cancelation. Once I said I wanted to cancel, Chelsea informed me my refund request MAY or MAY NOT be approved and it can take 48 hours to hear Wayfair's decision. 3 stools and I had to call back 3 times for Chelsea & Erin to get it right. I'm still waiting now for the finance team to look at the return and correct it, since so far I've only received the amount of one stool back to me. The hassle and risk is NOT worth shopping at Wayfair. They take zero ownership for their mistakes and demand customers to pick up the slack with their time, money, labor. Also, I left a product review with the entire ordeal mentioned and they do not post the negative reviews, so now I know the public can't even trust their reviews.

Like many other users, my account was suspended for no explainable reason by the "Omnivore" bot. I sent out a test email for a newsletter and got immediately suspended. When I sent an email asking what terms I violated, I got a generic email that went like this: "Our automated abuse-prevention system, Omnivore, detected account content or actions that violate our Acceptable Use Policy.In order to protect all of our users and ensure the deliverability of everyone’s campaigns, we have to ask that you seek a new vendor for your marketing needs.Please log in and export your account data We appreciate your understanding in this matter."Just a bot response from a bot suspension. Horrible Company. Save yourself some time and don't even sign up and spend your precious time designing templates, because I sent one test email and got suspended.

I became a Home Depot person today

I became a Home Depot person today. Bought a vanity set with a top and mirror. Contractor installed vanity and top. Did not have him put the mirror up due to painting that needed done. Unpacked the mirror today and it is scratched . Went to customer service. Spoke to manager. In order to get a replacement I would need to take the Vanity out and return everything to the store. That means disconnecting the plumbing and all. They said short of doing that the most they would do is give me a 15% discount if I bought another mirror from them. So “BEWARE” if you buy anything from Lowe’s make sure you check every item before starting any work. I guess it pays to be persistent. Went back the next day and delt with a different assistant manager. They replaced the mirror.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Set up a store, paid all the costs, even charged me for services never provided, would not accept legal documents, and there is no way to contact these clowns. just a waste of space, allowing counterfeit digital products for sale on their site. allowing software piracy, the list goes on, avoid at all costs. Dreadful company, and hopefully, big fines will be reported to all the companies about this site, allowing them to sell goods that is illegal.

Honestly, I do not know what Wattpad is on anymore. It goes down, either DMs, notifications, books or the servers entirely, every five seconds and it has been doing this for years. How it has not been fixed by a competent computer science team I do not know because no other app has this issue so often. This site must have spaghetti code on the level of Yandere Dev at this point due to how dysfunctional it runs. Sometimes I refresh the page and suddenly the page is in Arabic instead of English - how does this even happen? And there's an abundance of books that is against the TOS, which clearly shows a lack of moderation. Furthermore, Wattpad is constantly updating its site and app in a way that users hate to make it look more `stylish` without actually fixing the problem. 0/10

So I ordered a cab on late Friday night…

So I ordered a cab on late Friday night , I changed my mind on my destination this all seemed ok , however once I checked my account I was charged for two rides , one that I actually took and one that I didn't as I had changed the destination!!!!! I fell very unhappy with this as I even tipped the driver and left a good review!! Only to discover he has charged for two journeys!! Disgusted
