Made a purchase over £300 on Saturday, contacted their customer support through the online chat as early as possible on Monday.A few times, the agent terminated the chat session without providing an answer to my query.The problem: even though express delivery was selected by default on checkout, the order was set to "Standard" (i.e. 4/5 days delivery vs 1/2 I requested for). I raised this request and I kept receiving poor responses from their customer support. They were unable, in 6 working hours, to ammed the delivery option (even though I haven't received a dispatch confirmation from their side and there were absolutely no £££ changes for the two different delivery options).I asked for cancellation policies, they didn't give me more information than: you can't cancel it because you have already paid.Very poor customer service.
