Factory garbage with slow shipping

Ordered 4 items from four different sellers on Dec 16. They didn’t even begin to ship for several days, including one that wanted an entire work week. None of these things will be in time for Christmas, despite the estimated times listed being before Christmas for all of them.And this is for knockoff garbage. MOST things on Etsy are not handmade anymore, and it gets worse every year. They’re overseas factories selling cheap garbage for high prices because they can get away with it. This is my last time. I’m buying elsewhere from now on.

Clover Flex + Bob Gowdy (Houston Rep) for the WIN!

Our local Houston rep, Bob Gowdy, was exceptional! I wasn't upsold on anything. Just quickly addressed our businesses needs for 3 mini flex devices (highly recommend them for many reasons) and he delivered quickly with two different payment options so we could explore what was best for us warranty-wise while also being mindful of our seasonal budget. VERY IMPRESSED with his customer service, transparent and speedy assistance and finally, his grace/understanding during our calls where I requested a quick and smooth transaction without bells and whistles.

The new DeviantArt is a total disgrace

DeviantArt has been absolutely tarnished beyond repair by the recent Eclipse overhaul to the point where it is virtually impossible to enjoy using now. What was once a smartly-designed and varied art and literature website and creative community has been transformed into a bleak, stripped-down, non-intuitive dumpster fire of atrocious design decisions. So many functions, features (including basic ones such as art categories) and options have been removed making it far more difficult to locate specific art, navigate the website and immerse oneself in content that one might enjoy. It's now also a visual eyesore, consisting of a miserable ultra-dark grey background, mundane sans serif fonts, over-sized thumbnails and cluttered search results. The overhaul was supposed to bring DeviantArt into the new 2020s decade, but it now looks and operates like a free template website from 2005. The entire website is a gigantic downgrade in every possible way. That's right, not one aspect of it has been improved. The new design far too frustrating to adapt to and is no longer worth the time of any artist, casual, student or professional.

Common issue here

Common issue here. Cancelled after more than a year and a half and they called a month later because I hadn't spoken with them after my written cancellation and stated that as such, it was not valid - it can only be valid if you call and speak to them. Seems unethical, if no unlawful. Of course, they needed another payment despite no use of the app since cancellation. A very disappointing experience and one that will prevent future subscriptions even when I have more time to read and take advantage of available content.

Review of gog

GOG is great!

GOG has some very useful features compared to other stores. Namely, they provide offline installers and DRM-free games (with some exceptions perhaps, but that's not an issue, as at worst you'll end up in the same situation you're in with Steam or Epic). Apart from this, GOG is the only real alternative to Steam, and it's a very good alternative (even better in some areas, like the variety of older games). If I can choose where to buy games, GOG is definitely the first choice!

Listed by Google as a company offering reviews from employees at companies. Seems you have to register to access them only to discover it just gives info.for those looking for jobs and not for consumers trying to evaluate a company. After that you get bombarded with emails which they make vey difficult to unsubscribe as apparently you have already set up an account from which you need to reign. I accessed it with my Apple ID where my email address should be hidden. Goodness knows who they sell on personal data to they have gathered in this manner. Very intrusive and time consuming! Everyone can make errors in visiting websites but this does not automatically register user interest in what the site offers!

Mailshop online is using the Daily Mail name and reputation to expose consumers to sleazy partner co

I was reading a Daily Mail online article about Billy Connolly which included an advert to his new book at a discounted price on the paper's Mailshop online. Thinking I would be doing business with the Daily Mail - a long-established institution with a reputation to protect - I initiated a purchase for the book. Partway through, it became apparent that I would in fact be buying the book from a company called 'Speedyhen Ltd'. I'd never heard of them and would normally do further research before making a commitment but - being on the website of a reputable organisation I went through with the purchase. I subsequently had reason to cancel the order and did so online within the parameters for such action as stipulated on the website. To my dismay, however, this cancellation has not been honoured and I have, instead found myself dealing with the business ethics normally associated with a gentleman in a long overcoat at a car-boot sale... Almost 18 hours after my cancellation Speedyhen Ltd contacted me to say that they had now put the book in the post and therefore could no longer be cancelled!!When I raised this issue as an official complaint with customer service at Mailshop onlne, I was told in a matter of fact way that while orders go straight through to their online partners, things like cancellation requests do not. Despite email acknowledgement to the customer, the 'procedure' was for these to be forwarded to the partner company by staff in the mailshop online office and therefore the cancellation was not passed to them until customer service staff arrive on the Monday morning. Outrageous!!!Basically the Daily Mail has lowered its ethical standards in relation to customers but is doing this in a deniable way by using faceless companies who do not have a name to protect to do its dirty work.

Ghosted by customer service after losing a bunch of work

Sync wiped several boards. Tried to sync mobile app and web and ended up losing a bunch of tasks. Exchanged emails with “Reece” for weeks and got nowhere. Told to look at setting among other unhelpful options but no viable solution and in the end I was simply ghosted. Features are similar to everything else.

Lastpass charged $58 after my subscription was ended. I spent months talking with their customer support, but they are just toying with you, no refund received. What makes it more terrible is that they managed to overcharge an old empty bank account with high overcharge fees. I have been paying for LP Family for several years, and I thought they were a good company. You have been warned!
