Common issue here. Cancelled after more than a year and a half and they called a month later because I hadn't spoken with them after my written cancellation and stated that as such, it was not valid - it can only be valid if you call and speak to them. Seems unethical, if no unlawful. Of course, they needed another payment despite no use of the app since cancellation. A very disappointing experience and one that will prevent future subscriptions even when I have more time to read and take advantage of available content.
