With charge back they didn’t claim it back nor any help form them also for recover yet funds where went to . Later on I had the control over the account but everything was frozen almost 40k USD slotek through Binance account they never helped to find the funds where they send to ! Is easy if you gave any assists with Binance please be careful and remove your funds from Themis not safe they are scammer them self .

**Update 13/12/2022 - They refunded me after the complaint**They charge you for the domain 1 month in advance without a plausible reason. When asked the reason their response was: "This is to avoid any disruption in your services, loss of features, or loss of your custom domain name". WHY would that happen in the first place? If one is paying for this service, the maintenance of the service should be the responsibility of their technical team not a disservice to the user. If you're not able to provide a basic service, DO NOT make people pay for it. After this, I was irritated but I let it go. Nonetheless, for personal reasons, I decided I didn't want to continue blogging so I wrote them back, (BEFORE the expiration date of the current and ongoing domain and annual plan - all paid) asking for a refund. They said NO because the refund eligibility period for renewals is 96 hours. So basically, they create the rules only to fit them and not the users. They charge you one month prior and they will refuse to give the money back even if you decide to stop before the expiration date, BEFORE even using the service. I am deleting everything I have with them. NO FLEXIBILITY, NO CONSIDERATION FOR THE USERS, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, NEVER AGAIN. AVOID.

Got reported for a pretty basic generic design (I also need to eat sometimes) but instead like in the hundreds of generics I reported - which are all deemed "too general to be reported" - I completely got suspended.Or, I don't even know. Best email reply I ever got:First, it's the note that I'm suspended, then further in the mail "Upon reviewing your portfolio, we can see the same tendency of copy designs submission. As a result, your account will be banned. Thank you for your participation in 99designs and we wish you all the best with your future endeavors." Which is a joke.Maybe if I really copied designs and used generics like everybody else I could have made some money out of this website. But for creative people it's a big No. Be careful where you spend your time on!

I ordered two pictures from Wayfair. Both were returned on December 10, 2024, with the request to credit my original form of payment. I received an immediate refund on December 10th for one of the pictures and as of today, January 3, 2025, nothing on the other. I called three separate times inquiring about my refund and got the same answer every time. “It’s being processed and you’ll receive an email update and your refund within 3-5 business days.” I called today, January 3rd, and was told a store credit was issued instead of my refund. The representative, Ashley” started out nice but was rushed and in a hurry to get me off the phone. She insisted I received an email on December 31st telling me about the store credit. When I told her I never received the email, she said “you need to be more alert and aware in checking your email.” Totally rude and condescending. I don’t ever want to shop there again and now have to pursue fighting the store credit. Horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and don’t shop there. I’ll stick to Amazon from now on.

If you are looking for a decent accounts package and one that is easy to use then Sage 50 is the one for you, and I can safely say that I have used a few of them. Sage 50, 100, 200, 500 and Intacct.

A two weeks ago I purchased an in-wall air conditioner from Lowe's based on the copy writen description in their on-line catalog. Lowes described the unit as 8,000 BTU & 230v operation. I reviewed the specs on line and could not much information. I went ahead and ordered it. To speed up the installation I installed a 230v circuit as would be required. When the unit arrived it had a plug that would not fit a 230 circuit. I contacted the the Manufacturer which revealed they did not make a 8000 BTU in 230v. I replaced the circuit to accommodate the purchased unit. I subsequent notified Lowe's of 1) the error in the ad and 2) a requested that I be reimbursed for the cost of installing the 230v circuit (approx $200). I was offered a $25 ecard. Nothing was said about changing the ad. I told them that the offer was insulting and that if they could not do better, even though they were negligent in the ad copy, that I would seriously consider not doing business with them in the future.
