Review of getresponse
I have been in business with many online companies for over 8 years and GetResponse is one of the worst I have dealt with. The DMARC, DKIM and SPF records they told me to add were incorrect which wasted masses of time to get set up in the first place and the customer support took over a day to reply every time and this was to say it's our fault and add them again. I managed to fix this using chat GPT in the end as it found the errors in their code but since they were wrong while making the test emails this caused the domain and email to get issues. Finally, we got it set up and sent out the first email batches. I have an email list that I built up from sign-ups on my site and from customers of over 13k. After one email was sent they suspended the account for landing in the spam 3 times out of 13k emails. They then said they would need to clean my emailing list and they deleted 10,500 emails saying that only the ones that opened any emails in the last 12 months can stay. Even though we had been with them for 2 weeks and the 2,500 they didn't delete were the ones that opened the test/ first email. It took them 2 weeks to give me any answer at all by which time the month was up and they tried to force me to pay another month otherwise they would block the account and stop me from exporting anything. They also shut off live support for me during this time.DO NOT USE GETRESPONSE. There's much better and cheaper companies out there.
Review of getresponse
Julia explained everything in a very easy to understand yet professional way along with sending written instructions regarding the use of the platform, there was never a question that went unanswered and her knowledge of the platform and how to utilize it was exceptional.Thankyou Julia for confirming my decision to choose Get Response to use with my business was the right choice.

Review of eventbrite
I am at a loss to understand why so many UK organisations are using this American company. I only booked through them because I had no choice. One occasion was to go on a National Trust walk which was free anyway as we are members. When we arrived our names were not even on the list, but we were still allowed to go.On another occasion I had to register with Eventbrite to be a volunteer at a local wildlife event. It was an over-complicated registration form where you had to say precisely the times you would be volunteering (even though no timetable of events was available) and your expertise (which was known anyway). In the end nobody took much notice of the forms. Also, although members of the public were supposed to book with Eventbrite to participate in the various activities, people could just turn up on the day without booking. Organised chaos and though the event was a success it was down the dedicated organisations and volunteers rather than Eventbrite. I fail to see how their participation benefitted the event. It’s a bit like the Emperor’s New Clothes – what did they actually do?From my experience I certainly would be reluctant to pay for anything organised by Eventbrite.

Review of philips
This company will ghost you when you try to make a warranty claim. They'll claim to be putting you in touch with a "specialist" within 24-48 hours after wasting 30-40 minutes of your time in chat or on the phone, only never to contact you.Philip's warranty is a scam. This company should be sued.

They do not allow to withdraw your photocard application. If you made an error in it, they will tell you this will be corrected- you wait. Than they willl tell you, they won’t allow you to correct it to help you with your application. If you dare to complain about it, they will extend your application time so you will need to wait longer till it expires. The manager actually even call you to leave a voicemail and ask how are you doing, how are you getting on with your application knowing already that until the error is corrected you are not going anywhere with your application. In the meantime you will pay full price fees no matter your entitlement. Apart from this, too much delays and cancellations, overground constantly with these issues ( I’m dreading the station nearest to me); trains overcrowded during peak times, dirty seats, the gust of dust blowing up your nostrils than conditioner is on; not sure to help you or all the way round ( depends I guess if you have asthma or allergies or so); you might actually even spot a rodent without looking hard running around at some station; I saw it on a train a couple times throughout the years too; ridiculous compensation for cancellations/ delays ( a measly refund for particular travel of the journey).Oh and also, if u create online oyster account you won’t be able to delete it or change your bank card details that easily- if at all. Out of proportions fees, especially for the level of service they provide.

The concert was amazing, he is a great perform and it was the highlight of my year. One disappointing thing though is that the meet and greet package was not what I aspected it to be, they did not give us what was promised in the package. We could only take one picture which in the package they mentioned we could get a Variety of pictures and a signed post, they only gave us our poster once we walked away from Jacquees and it was not signed, really a disappointment and the VIP section was not as expected. I did not get my full package that I paid for and would really like half of my money back because I got half of what I paid for.
Review of parallels
Given 2 rating mainly because I still haven’t got a fully fledged Windows 11 OS. Installed Parallels desktop 17 on my MacBook Air 2020 M1. Purchased a retail windows 11 product key and registered the key fine. Installed windows 11 fine. But in settings I still cannot personalise fully because it keeps asking me to register. I registered with my Microsoft account, it then asks for the windows account. I thought they were the same?I tried calling support UK but I couldn’t input my support ticket due to it asking for the ticket number followed by ‘pound’? There is no ‘pound’/£ key on my phone?Probably part my lack of experience doing something like this and a few anomalies with the Parallel? Chat support was useless as the chat associate took so long to respond following our initial greetings, it timed out 3 times. My question still is if I have done the steps I have, shouldn’t I have a fully operational OS or have I missed a few steps?
