Thanks to Uniqlo, I have nearly no Christmas presents to give to my family this year. The customer service is truly the worst I've experienced for as long as I can remember.Ordered almost all my Christmas presents this year from Uniqlo, on 7th December. The website and order confirmation clearly stated the order would be processed within 3-5 working days, so I would receive my order well ahead of Christmas. 12 days later and the order is apparently still being 'processed' and so has not been shipped. Uniqlo seemingly have no interest in responding to their customers. Three emails sent without response (despite the automatic reply saying all emails are responded to in 1 to 2 days). The wait to speak to their chat bot online is 1.5 hours and it closes at 4pm, meaning it's impossible for me to use as the wait time is longer than my lunch break. It takes 45 mins to an hour to get through to anyone on the phone. When you do manage to speak to someone on the phone, they're perfectly polite and seem to want to help, but seemingly can't actually do anything useful. Tell me when the order might actually be sent? No. Issue a refund so I can buy some other Christmas presents instead? "My supervisor says we can't do that." Change the order to express delivery to at least give it some chance of making it by Christmas if it is eventually sent? "My supervisor says we can't do that."Throughout all this, Uniqlo has continued to send me marketing emails nearly every day encouraging me to buy more things from them online! Even though their warehouse and customer services department seems to have completely collapsed. Unbelievable!

Yelp is horrible. Im a business in ***********, **. Yelp sent me a promotion to build a business page. One of the highlights Yelp advertises to small businesses is the ability for customers to leave reviews. I started my small business in 08/2023 and have had 20- 5 star reviews reject as Not Recommended. As a result, some of my client have reached out to me asking why their review is not showing up on Yelp. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!Not only is Yelp failing to represent my business accurately. They are also HURTING MY BRAND! And Business !

Absolutely dreadful service. I paid £15 for UPS to deliver a parcel from Manchester to Chorley in Lancashire 35 miles away. I took my parcel on 3rd May and it has been delivered today 19th of May. Unbelievable. I could have walked there and back myself quicker than that. No apologies,no offer of compensation. Appalling customer service.

Absolute disgrace. Linked my Oculus quest 2 to my Facebook account that I have had for 12 years and they disabled my Facebook account. Now I can’t log in to my Oculus or Facebook. If I link a new Facebook I will lose all the games I have bought. Oculus support just keep saying 3-5 business days to look into this and then never reply. I am beyond sad, not about the money but the photos I had in Facebook that I cannot retrieve
Review of hotels
I have a good experience with hotels. But I booked a car and it was bait and switch. I was just billed $841 for a 4 day rental on a Toyota Corolla for 4 days! And the help chat for the third party is disabled. I understand tax and toll charges. But the car was listed for $48 a day.
Review of consumerreports
They gave a number rating and then recommend every product in about top ten even if the first is 90 and last reccomendation is 70. They then tie to every product and get money if you buy. Sort of defeats the whole purpose of having it. If you check there rating against thousands who have bought the product then consumer reports is recommending products that are totally substandard. Cost me $4 to see all the above and cancel after one day. They couldnt make a full refund because I had it close to 20 hours that should tell you the rest of what you need to know.

I am a long time customer of Newegg. I try to throw them some business, but the company just seems to be going downhill and not vetting their sellers very well. My experience is almost like buying from eBay, cross your fingers and hope everything works out well. I quit shopping on eBay years ago. So I recently ordered an inexpensive SSD case that I could have easily bought on a well known competitor site for the same price.The item was sold on Newegg and shipped by a company named iDsonix. Order placed at 6/2 received an email with tracking number soon after. The order was never fulfilled. Newegg refunded me on 6/11.Here is the rub, when I went back to the competing website, the same company was selling the same item for 33% off and free next day shipping. Why even take my money and waste my time Newegg if you can't vet and wrangle in your sellers?These sellers simply make Newegg look bad and I will be very reluctant to shop with Newegg in the future.Update: Thank you for reaching out and providing a $30 gift certificate. I did use the gift certificate and purchased some desktop memory. I ordered it via sold by and shipped from Newegg, and the product is being delivered within a couple of days. I updated to 3 stars instead of 1. It is obvious the issues are 3rd party sellers. I hope you get your 3rd party sellers under control. It really makes Newegg look shady especially when the same 3rd party seller is selling the same product on Amazon and delivery is guaranteed free overnight or 2 days. Your competitor would not put up with this and simply cut them loose. Like I said, I want to see Newegg do better and want to be able to trust Newegg.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. First I got double-charged for Premium account then when my bank refunded one of them, LastPass bumped me down to free account, despite the fact that I'd paid for a year of Premium. I tried for MONTHS to get help but their customer services is so so awful. There is no phone, chat, or email option you can only "open a case". I repeatedly opened a case, described my issue, and my case kept getting closed without any explanation. I kept trying to reopen the case and never got help. Oh and then when I tried to export my data it didn't work. I'M DONE WITH LASTPASS. RUN AWAY.

Spent a lot of money on a top end XPS laptop that worked quite well for the 1.5 years.After this I only had problems of all kinds, but most of all, battery was completely depleted after 2 years.Super annoying to have a top nocht laptop that can barely do anything, is slow, is very loud and has always to stay attached to power.
