Customer support in FB is comically bad. I have been trying for a day now to report a hacked account in FB; there are various automated procedures that get you into a loop, with no hope of escape. With these IT companies, it's generally the case the support can be sketchy, but FB are championing the concept of non-support to amazing heights.

I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER THING FROM THIS STORE AGAIN!! I just purchase a pair of New Balance shoes from the Appleton WI store yesterday afternoon. I brought them home and tried them on again, but they felt too tight to keep. I returned to the store today and a red haired sales lady said they look worn! I told her I just bought them yesterday and tried them on once. She asked me several questions and as I tried to answer her questions she rudely over spoke everything I tried to answer. She would not look me in the eyes, nor even look up. I was trying to purchase another pair of shoes and told her to keep them because I would never be stepping back into their store Again!! I wish I could leave a photo of what she calls “worn”!!

I would have given zero stars if possible.I purchased two in ground horizontal beam wash lamps from an authorised Philips outlet about 16 months ago. These lamps had a 5 year warranty which was written on the box. The first failed after 13 months and the second a few weeks later. I contacted the UK outlet where purchased who informed me that they only warrantied the items for 12 months and that I would need to contacts Philips directly. I did this and eventually got an email with a case number. I was given a return number for the first lamp which was collected and then a second return number for the second lamp which they failed to collect. The collection was rearranged twice more over the next month but never collected. This is now 6 weeks later and I am told that the lamps are discontinued with no lamps performing the same function available. Overall it has taken about 15 emails and 5 phone calls over the last 4 months to get a refund of £70.31 and I have two holes in my patio with nothing appropriate to replace the lamps. Not a penny compensation for all the inconvenience.Avoid Philips like the plague, they have no customer service worth a Da-n!I certainly will avoid anything with their brand name.

This company for me personally, should be honest, helpful, and admit to what they are doing to their customers, when we can all see with what is written that they are actually scamming their customers one way or another, and there is no real help by the companies who should be helping the public, for me there is only one way to solve this problem for me and all of the other customers.....so!!!!! I have not been a member for about 2 years now service has been horrible waiting 4 - 5 hours for a tow and being told I can get my service and refund my money I don't always carry 1 to 2 hundred dollars on me besides you are paying for service not have to get your own then wait for a refund. Reeding other reviews and speaking to other people aaa has not cchanged much if any

Horrible journalism focusing on irrelevant events to feed their bias. It appears they do not care for the quality they put out, but rather the quantity. They also seem to have agendas against several organisations who they portray quite ridiculously.
