I have not been a member for about 2 years now service has been horrible waiting 4 - 5 hours for a tow and being told I can get my service and refund my money I don't always carry 1 to 2 hundred dollars on me besides you are paying for service not have to get your own then wait for a refund. Reeding other reviews and speaking to other people aaa has not cchanged much if any
