I would have given zero stars if possible.I purchased two in ground horizontal beam wash lamps from an authorised Philips outlet about 16 months ago. These lamps had a 5 year warranty which was written on the box. The first failed after 13 months and the second a few weeks later. I contacted the UK outlet where purchased who informed me that they only warrantied the items for 12 months and that I would need to contacts Philips directly. I did this and eventually got an email with a case number. I was given a return number for the first lamp which was collected and then a second return number for the second lamp which they failed to collect. The collection was rearranged twice more over the next month but never collected. This is now 6 weeks later and I am told that the lamps are discontinued with no lamps performing the same function available. Overall it has taken about 15 emails and 5 phone calls over the last 4 months to get a refund of £70.31 and I have two holes in my patio with nothing appropriate to replace the lamps. Not a penny compensation for all the inconvenience.Avoid Philips like the plague, they have no customer service worth a Da-n!I certainly will avoid anything with their brand name.
