It's hard to imagine how an American company could offer worse service or make dealing with them more difficult. When the TV box for the main TV went out, it took well over an hour to reach a person on the phone. They sent a reprocessed replacement box; it arrived quickly and worked well for 3 days and then quit. Another 34 minutes on the phone, this time while I drove, and then they said they can't replace the box they sent a few days ago until I read them the number on the bottom of the box. I explained I didn't have the number with me, and it would mean I'd have to call back tomorrow, spending another 30-60 minutes on the phone and delaying TV service another day; I asked if they don't have the number since they just sent the box. They had no interest in helping. They value their time by keeping you forever on hold, but they have no respect for yours. Can't get away from them fast enough!

I am a member of the Amazon shopper panel which lets you submit receipts for return of 10p per receipt which accumulates over a month and you get Amazon credit, over recent months all my receipts are rejected and I have constantly asking for review upon which they are accepted, my issue is they have no support for this from the shopper panel app you get referred to main Amazon customer service and they are clueless what really bugs me is that they have no customer complaint department that you can contact.

I bought a Philips Diamondclean toothbrush and it stopped working first after two months (customer care provided me with a replacement) and then the replacement stopped working after 2 years (customer care turned out to be very unhelpful and didn't offer anything). Considering the toothbrush cost £120, it is a joke. I don't mind paying more for high quality products but if theirs repeatedly break and fail I may as well buy a cheaper toothbrush from a different company and replace it every few months.

I contacted AAA and the service guy showed up. He checked out my car and told me it the alternator. Hours later my mechanic put it on the decoder and it turned out to be a sensor. This is Not the first time they gave me false information. They charge you an arm & a leg for towing! I’m done with AAA!You can cancel my membership!

For such a big organisation, their website is appalling. Trying to renew my membership online. I logged in fine, went to the renew page, I need to log in again. Input the same details I just used, the renew page says they can't find my details, that my email/password is incorrect, despite already logging in with the same details on the previous page. Then it says if I previously had a 'My National Trust' account, I'll need to re-register. Ok, so maybe that's the issue. I go to re-register, nope, you already have an account using these details. Ok, lets try 'forgot my password', get the password reset link, input a new password, click to submit the new password, page just refreshes. Try again, same thing. Maybe NT don't confirm your new password has been changed, I'll try to log in using the password I just input on the password change page. Nope, that doesn't work either. So I cannot log in using my details, I cannot re-register using my details and I cannot change my password, so therefore I cannot renew my membership online. And now I'm locked out of my account due to too many password attempts.I've given up and won't be renewing.Wonder how many customers you lose because of this...

Parcel was left hanging out my letterbox and stolen. Pandora customer service conclude as got to the house it’s deemed delivered even though stolen. Informed to raise dispute with our card provider even though we said with gift card. Shocking customer service they don’t respond to emails, the waste your time on the phone.

With Kraken there has been a lot of issues lately Reach out to them via instagram with your ticket number and you may get help that way You have to verify your identity and do all the requirements they ask within a time frame they give and keep making requests until things get resolved. Hopefully they will get better with customer service and pleasing customers again in time

That sales rep reminded me of someone selling timeshares, I couldn't get him out of here with a no.The second company that I received an estimate from listened and did the work that I actually needed in a quick time frame, at a reasonable cost.
