It's hard to imagine how an American company could offer worse service or make dealing with them more difficult. When the TV box for the main TV went out, it took well over an hour to reach a person on the phone. They sent a reprocessed replacement box; it arrived quickly and worked well for 3 days and then quit. Another 34 minutes on the phone, this time while I drove, and then they said they can't replace the box they sent a few days ago until I read them the number on the bottom of the box. I explained I didn't have the number with me, and it would mean I'd have to call back tomorrow, spending another 30-60 minutes on the phone and delaying TV service another day; I asked if they don't have the number since they just sent the box. They had no interest in helping. They value their time by keeping you forever on hold, but they have no respect for yours. Can't get away from them fast enough!
