I have been a graphic designer for 20 years, and almost 10 years with my own company. Squarespace is by far the fastest and BEST support I have EVER tried in the business! Almost instant reply, and VERY service minded answers with screenshots and links how to solve the issue at hand. WOW!
I can not do programming, and as a graphic designer, I can just say that Squarespace is amazing. Almost everything is possible, very easy to do, and at very affordable prices.

If you want to cancel or modify a reservation, you have to create an account with a password. No exceptions! So once you've booked, you are forced into entering their system (includes Expedia, VR) and once in, you can't unsubscribe without losing your ability to do anything with any reservation. Creepy...

Service and Product are still number one, but loacation service on my 4 Devices are often not avaible and functionalliy so that it can takes more than one day to update a Location from a device. I dont know why i am spending 14€ esch month for no functionalitys like i will pay for... this is killing any positive feeling with bitdefender and your products that i have in last years, with this problem by this year in may account, so it give me fully negative feelings. Let me tell you my story with vodafone Deutschland..I moved to germany 2 years ago, went to a vodafone store some months after that, where i was met by a nice salesman.. he spoke english, which was a big plus for me. He told me, 200Mbit internet at that time cost the same as 32Mbit, so i choose to take that, and then after the first year the Price will become 60€ (As i remember) instead of 20€ .. but he assured me, that after the first year it will change automatic to 32Mbit, which was really all that i needed.I lived in Flensburg for 8 month, during that time, my internet was only working sometimes, Maybe 1 hour each Day, some days not at all, i told that to Vodafone, they gave me a number to contact.. it took me 10 days before this guy answered the phone. After those 10 days he told me it was him i should Call, and gave me a number to a central for their technician. I called there and they Got my number, and told me a technician would Call my in the next days to arrange a meeting.. it didnt happend .. i called again, they took my number .. nothing happened. AgainThen about 3 weeks after i Got a letter from a technician Company thats they was told to fix my internet, and he would come between 10-16 so i took a full Day off work, to stay home and wait for this guy.. he never showed up, i ofcause complained again to vodafone, but they didnt really care, so after 6 month of no internet i stopped paying, then they realised i ecxist, just to and me bills and so on, every ”rechnung” related e-mail, they answered, the rest they ignored.Sooo 2 month after i moved to Hamburg, i decided here it must work, so i paid the 140€ for Them to moved it, plus what i owe them.Thinking finally no more dealing with there customer “service Well my internet worked, but was pretty slow for 200Mbit, but i didnt want to go through that so i lived with it, then after 6 month in Hamburg, i notice i have been paying 60€ a month the last two months, so i sent them and e-mail, explaining it. 1 month after they send me a new contract for 1 year 32MB again even know i shouldnt be comitted to them for 1 full year more, i dont sign anything, but aparently they dont need that.And new problem accured.. now my internet doesnt work anymore, i Call Them e-mail Them.. same as last time nothing really happens, i was in the middle of my exams so i was desparate but they will not help at all... so after 2 month of no internet i stop paying again.. and now today the cancelled the suscribtion and sent me a bill for almost 600€ to pay out the lady month, and other stuff.....How can this Company still stand? 1 Star from almost everybody on Trustpilot should paint a good picture of what kind of horrible Company it is

I have had a G29 racing wheel which has started to badly understeer. I contacted Logitech and they emailed me instructing that I return it to the retailer (Argos). I did that but they refused as it was over a year since purchase, but the Logitech warranty is 2 years. I got a letter from Argos, as requested by Logitech to say they refused the return. I was then asked to send a proof of purchase / receipt. I sent the email receipt I received from Argos, which states at the top 'this is your receipt'. I also sent the email confirmation of the delivery. Logitech are refusing to accept the wheel back as I have to produce a 'VAT RECEIPT'. I DONT HAVE ONE, I PURCHASED ONLINE!! So that's it, £300 wasted. They've admitted in writing it's a warranty issue but refuse to accept my receipt. Totally garbage company and shocking customer service. Off to trading standards I go.

I bought a "guide" on this site that promised a refund if you asked for it. The moment I asked for a refund the product page was removed. Also - the purchase through PayPal was an "Automatic Payment" by default. Had I not noticed and turned this off, they would have taken money from me monthly without my knowledge. Avoid at all cost - GUMROAD IS A SCAM!

On my last day in Seville I had arranged a sherry tasting tour, however, on the morning of the tour I had received a message asking if I could change the timing, but before I had even read the message, they sent another to say that it was cancelled. I had booked it days before. This happens frequently with Get Your Guide and its very frustrating, and can ruin your holiday plans. What they do is accept a booking but then if not enough other people book, then they will just cancel, but they don't do it in enough time for you to make alternative arrangements, and always cancel last minute. Their system is not effective and leaves tourists disappointed. What they should do is accept bookings as pending, until enough people have booked it for the event to go ahead. I've used them a lot over the years but now its just a gamble as to whether or not the event will even go ahead, which is not good enough on holiday.

ACTIVITY CANCELED BUT ONLY PARTIAL REFUNDBought $545.76 Catacombs+River Cruise Package (4 adults). Catacombs part got canceled due to labor strike. Went on cruise ($80 value for 4). Get Your Guide first gave $68 refund, then $196 after I argued. I insisted to get full refund minus $80. They kept saying I went on the cruise and refused to give explanation how they came up with these random refund amounts. Then eventually just stopped responding. After I wrote multiple negative reviews online, they started "looking into it" and promised to give me my full refund. Does it make me feel better about this company? Yes and No. Yes that they are not total deadbeat and they care about their rating. But I am more disgusted than ever this company will happily prey on you if you are a silent victim. Someone commented that after the first day of the strike, GYG should have immediately suspended selling tickets knowing that the strike can go on for weeks. Isn't this the minimal ethical thing to do? Did they do that? I don't know I am not spending time to investigate. How many people were/are/will be in my situation and how many have the time and persistency to keep fighting?

0 stars for these scammers!! They Auto-renewed my account, even after I had emailed, and followed their cancellation policy steps. Can’t call anyone and I have used the app once. Now a year later, I am paying for the 2nd year. I can’t wait for the experience ahead. I can’t even read the billing info on my account because it’s written in Chinese. Stay away from this unethical product and company.

I like the amount of information. I don't like that anyone can comment on any post with derogatory, fabricated information and when an immediate family member requests the comment be removed it is not. Your only resort is to comment back and are forced to participate in a "he said, she said," childish back and forth instead of the site responsibly deleting the first comment.
