Horrible, Horrible customer service. $10.00 difference in posted price vs rung up price and the company WOULD NOT refund the difference….unless I gave them my phone number for a rewards card. I walked out and left my $159.09 purchases right on their counter. Called my bank to file fraud charges and I called headquarters. The lady at headquarters was nice enough, but honestly- getting a $10.00 refund for a wrongly posted price should not have required my telephone number or opening a reward account. The local manager was of no help whatsoever. All I want is my $159.09 refunded to my bank account, and you will not ever have to worry about me being an Ulta shopper ever again,
