Absolutely full of items marketed with fraudulenty deceptive false information. No, a random small flashligh with an AA battery will have neither a 800.000.000.000 lumen light output, nor a 500.000.000W wattage... No quality control of items. About a quarter of my orders I ever ordered from Wish came faulty in some way. Damaged/ incorrectly assembled by the factory/ wrong color/ etc...Useless customer support.Previously if something faulty came, then I could get it refunded without a problem with the chatbot.Now, blind and brainless customer support agents reply with useless copy paste messages and refuse to refund the CLEARLY faulty items, even though clear proof has been submitted. Not to mention how support asks for video proof even if on the photos the problem with the item is obvious and clearly visible, yet if you try to upload a video the ways THEY tell you to, it does not even work, because their system is so broken. No, random customer support puppet, putting more fuel into a car that has no wheels will not make it a functional car. Just like how charging a UV flashlight that came wrongly assembled from the factory, with a big random plastic piece left inside between the LED diode and the lens, blocking the light, it will not fix it. Charging a lamp will not make a big plastic bit that was mistakenly left inside suddenly teleport back to the factory where it should be in the trash.And NO, the item was NOT "thoroughly checked for quality before delivery". That has to be the most ridiculous lie to write to customers complaining about an obvious absolute lack of quality control.Do you Wish to push your customers away and send them over to your competitors, who are many and more? Well, Wish? THIS is how you do it.
