Disabled phone saves me money!

1) my phone was disabled twice months apart. The other day my phone was disabled for 5 hours, the day before I could make calls. Yesterday I found out my second phone they set up 11 months ago could not receive calls, they fixed it today. But they would not credit my account for the non working phone. I went to two different AT&T stores, the first one said they were a satellite store, so they sent me across town to a “main store” and they said they couldn’t do anything either. I pay $140.00 for two phones, now with my new different wireless provider I pay $130.00 for 4 phones. Thank you AT&T! And my internet cost went down also! I would like to thank the awful service techs, and support staff for saving me money. Without your attention to do nothing, I would have never changed my phone, my internet, and my family’s phone and internet!
